The house is in a great location close to both beach access and bars and restaurants in town. It is very spacious and divided up well to accommodate 7 people if two couples take the larger beds and two people sleep in the bunk bed room. The pool area was nice, and we pretty much had it to ourselves both full days we were in Port A. It was also really nice to be able to use the garage for parking guest vehicles.
The pool area is missing a grill, so we had to do all cooking in the kitchen, but the oven wasn't working properly. We managed to make it work by putting everything that needed to be cooked on the broiler. Also, the door into the main house wouldn't stay closed without locking it, and the lock was tricky at times because of the alignment of the door.
