This house was in a great location and spotless! For being this close to the beach not even any sand anywhere. The layout was great and spacious and beautiful!

We love the house, beautifully decorated. Plenty of space. The only real downside was the community boardwalk to the beach. It seemed to be in disrepair with several broken boards. It also involves more steps than I’d ever seen on a beach boardwalk. Not great if you have older family or little ones. It would have been impossible to carry all of our gear safely. Rented a golf cart which we had not planned to do. I chose this rental over others due to proximity to beach and the ease of the boardwalk. Disappointing that the boardwalk seemed unsafe to use. I would still rent the property, just plan and budget for a golf cart too.

The house location was great, the beds were comfy and relaxing. The washer dryer didn't work the whole time which made washing and drying towels and clothes a little more challenging. The railing on the stairs was loose which was a little sketchy. The outside stairs had cracks in the boards which was really scary. The golf carts we rented were decent, and when one didn't run right they switched it out for us. The maintenance people were no help at all. Other than that it was a fun time. I just expect more if I'm paying $4000 for 4 nights
