About this house rental
Enjoy 360 degree views of Downtown and the Historic Pearl from the Roof Top Decks of each of two modern Townhomes. This rental is comprised of two newly constructed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Upscale Townhomes -approximately 100 feet apart - with identical floorplans and luxury amenities located in gated Townhome community (Sojo Commons) with community pool and outdoor kitchen - two blocks from the Pearl Brewery & Hotel Emma. The Pearl Brewery offers some of the city's finest and eclectic dining options, shopping, and farmers market. First floor bedrooms with mini kitchens.
All bedrooms feature luxury Posh+Lavish Oeko-Tex Certified King mattresses, crisp hotel linens and towels, and complete hotel bath amenities. Unit has WiFi meshnet for whole house coverage. Water softener and Reverse osmosis drinking water.
Each Townhome with identical floor plan. Each featuring:
-Garage access - Parking for one car in garage. Street parking allowed. Pearl Brewery parking is only two blocks away for additional cars.

Private Bedroom with King size bed, Open closet space, Private bathroom with walk in shower, and Room darkening shades. Enjoy a 50” Samsung 4K UHD TV - Internet enabled so you can log in to your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime accounts. This space also boasts a mini kitchen complete with under counter refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, and Keurig for coffee and tea.
-Second Floor
Living Room with ample seating for guests and a 65” Samsung 4K UHD TV - Internet enabled so you can log in to your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime accounts. This suite can accommodate the use of two additional floor mattresses as needed.
Dining Room – Large table with seating for eight
Kitchen – Fully stocked with Dishes/silverware to accommodate 12, Serving Utensils, Grilling utensils, Full set of kitchen and steak knives, Keurig Coffee / Tea station, Condiments – Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, salt, pepper, organic spices, mustard, ketchup, mayo, Paper towels, sponges, dish and hand soap, Dishwasher incl dishwasher detergent, Microwave, Small appliances – toaster, blender, Gas stove and oven
Laundry – Large capacity front load washer and dryer located off Living Room. Available ironing board and Iron. Laundry detergent provided.

Twelve members of our family stayed in these two townhouses to celebrate the graduation of my daughter from Trinity University. We were walking distance from Velvet Taco and the Pearl and to the delight of the young people in our group, also walking distance from the nightlife on St. Mary's. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and there's the added bonus of each bedroom having it's own bathroom. We also enjoyed the roof decks on top of the rentals, and nightly dips in the pool. We had an excellent stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed these properties. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful property; entrally located; Very well maintained. Bedrooms are on the first floor an on the 3rd floor. Beware of having to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs. We loved sitting on the roof top. Due to time contraints we did not use the pool.
Definitely try and walk along the Riverwalk in San Antonio.
