The Space:
Welcome to Alamo City Resort part of Alamo City Retreats in San Antonio, TX. Boasting 4,800 sq. ft., the main house features an impressive 8 bedrooms with 13 beds (including 1 sofa sleeper) and 4.5 bathrooms as well as an air conditioned and heated garage game room.

We DO NOT allow parties, smoking inside, pets or outdoor/portable speakers.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the expansive patio as the sun rises over the property’s lush surroundings. Then dive into a world of entertainment! Test your skills on the pickleball court or challenge friends to a round of mini golf on the private course and putting green. The giant outdoor chess set, basketball court, fire pit and corn hole are just a few more amenities to enjoy.
The centerpiece of relaxation is our heated pool and hot tub—your personal oasis to soak, swim, and unwind. Whether you're enjoying a sunny afternoon or a cool evening, the outdoor space is ready to deliver peak relaxation.

*Coffee lovers will delight with 3 different machines to make coffee: standard drip coffee maker, a Keurig and a De’Longhi Espresso machine

Comfortably park 5-6 cars in the driveway or more on the street in front of the house.
Getting Around:
By Car: Bringing your own or renting a car is the best option to explore the surrounding area. San Antonio is spread out and this is the best mode of transportation, if you choose not to rent a car, services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area and are a great alternative
Other Things to Note:
The city of San Antonio's quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM on Sunday-Thursday and 11pm-8am on Friday & Saturday these are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We do not allow smoking or illegal drug use in the house. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with Minut technology. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Minut monitors sound levels (but does not record any sound or image). Minut will notify the host of any excess sound levels outside of quiet hours. Any attempt to remove Minut device or ignore quiet hours will result in guest cancellation.

We were visiting San Antonio for our son’s wedding. The house was conveniently located near the airport. All together with children we had 14 people in the house and used all 8 bedrooms including the queen suite off of the game room in the garage. Our 2 daughters with their husbands and 4 little children found the upstairs accommodation of 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with tubs ideal for being able to get kids down for bed while still able to hang out and enjoy the evening with the other adults in the house. We used every bed in the house and everyone was happy with their bed and the room arrangement. We loved the large hearth room for family dining and the kitchen worked great for the meals we had at home. The young families especially enjoyed pool time and basketball. Having the pool gated was very valuable for our safety concerns with small children. They also thoroughly enjoyed the pool toys that were available and the littles often played with the golf clubs but mostly for pretending to use them as microphones while performing for the adults in the screened in porch . We were able to enjoy the poker table one evening as well and loved having a theater room conveniently located next to the kitchen and adjacent to the front room so littles could chill with a movie while adults visited. It was very quiet in the neighborhood and we had ample parking space for all our vehicles. We were grateful for this lovely home and quiet neighborhood for our visit.
