These homes are both located in the historic Lavaca neighborhood approximately 0.2 miles apart (under 5 minutes walk).

Studio above the garage adds a fifth bedroom with full en suite bathroom. Studio is accessible by outside staircase or directly from the second floor of the main home via covered walkway. Enjoy views of the Alamodome or the Tower of the Americas from almost every room in the home.

The homes were perfect for the 12 of us. Comfortable, roomy and within walking distance of each home. Very convenient location for the attractions we wanted to visit. The hosts were very kind and responded quickly to any questions we had. Really enjoyed our stay!

I brought 12 High School Seniors and a couple Adults to San Antonio for a convention. We stayed at both the Labor St and Lavaca houses. They were perfect! It was great for group dynamics, everyone was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It was close to the Convention center and cheaper and nicer than the hotels. We could make meals and have everyone in one room comfortably. We had trouble with a shower and the hosts responded asap. Dealing with the management was very pleasant. I would highly recommend these properties for a San Antonio stay.

Both properties are absolutely gorgeous!! I loved the layout for both locations. It accommodated all of our needs. It was nice having a park across the street from the house with all the kids! The location was great for getting around. I only wish the homes were side by side, but they were close enough to get to quickly. Definitely would consider this property again for our future vacations!!
