About this house rental
This incredible custom home on 2+ acres will be nothing short of creating the best vacation of your lives. Super updated, Crate and Barrel vibed home with so many amenities you will never have to leave. The home sleeps 15 easily with room to spare. Just short of 6000 sq feet of indoor living with a private office. The backyard has a full-sized baseball diamond (we have changed it into a world-class wiffle ball diamond), an enormous heated pool and spa, pickleball court, and trampoline. Enjoy the outdoors in this backyard paradise with a gas BBQ, full-sized pizza oven, lots of outdoor seating, loungers to catch some of that AZ sunshine, and a super comfy outdoor living room, fireplace and TV. There is nothing you will ever want for while you gather with family and friends in this masterpiece of an outdoor space.
Inside is just as impressive, with 5 super-sized bedrooms, all with ensuite baths. The master is a spa all by itself with king-sized bed, TV, and backyard views. The spa bath has a soaker tub, two separate sinks, a massive walk-in closet, fancy toilet, shower for 2, and marble accents throughout.
Bedroom 2 is a king with an ensuite bath, Bedrooms 3 & 4 are both kings with an ensuite jack and jill bath, and finally the 5th bedroom with a queen, queen over queen bunk beds, and a twin trundle and an ensuite bath. Additionally, there is a hall bath and a full outside bath for use by the pool. All bedrooms have luxury linens and sumptuous mattresses.
The office is private, with an impressive desk and seating for meetings or quiet work time. There is also a TV for your viewing pleasure. This home is equipped with super fast wifi and streaming Hulu Live TV throughout.
The massive great room is filled with oversized, luxurious seating for everyone and then some. Watch a game, a movie, or just hang out. There are two casual seating areas, one bar-height table and chairs and the other a round table for dining, playing cards, a board game, or doing a puzzle. There is a second family room area with a large sectional and TV. The central laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers.
You will be instantly impressed by the gourmet kitchen's storage and amenities for meal prep. A gourmet coffee bar, custom fridge, and large breakfast bar and island are also centerpieces of this chef's kitchen. Ask us about having a personal chef come in to prepare meals for your group.

Nearby Bell Bank Park is the state-of-the-art premier entertainment destination in the Southwest and home to Legacy Sports USA. The 320-acre facility hosts Legacy Sports USA's youth, adult, and amateur sports teams. It serves as a venue for events, concerts, youth sports tournaments, fitness opportunities, a 400 ft. zip line, restaurant, and much more.
SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas-heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $150 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year-round.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Home is huge and beautiful! So many amenities for both rest or activity. Views from home are beautiful. Plenty of room to spread out on property and never felt crowded with our group of 15. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Rental company was always available to answer questions or meet any needs. Definitely a five star experience!

Host was excellent. The property was beautiful and clean. I would just say that some areas need to be updated. Some things are aging, like most of the patio umbrellas didn’t open. The diving board was very rusted out.

104 Mesa is spectacular! The pictures are exactly what you get in-person, but it’s oh so much better in real life. From the steam shower and separate bedroom wings to the diving pool and massive backyard, there’s plenty of space for everyone. We traveled with three families of four (12 total) and felt like we had plenty of privacy to kick back at the end of the day. We did encounter a concern on the first day, but the property management team was easy to get ahold of, responsive to the issue, and made it right. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!
