About this house rental
This is the property that every Floridian wishes they had. Enjoy 3000 sqft of luxury, a balcony off every bedroom, huge living room/kitchen, two top floor terraces and a two car garage! A walk to the Galleria Mall, Fort Lauderdale Beach, and numerous restaurants.
This property hosts 4 gorgeous bedrooms - the master king ensuite has a 55" t.v. and a private balcony with seating for two. The other spacious king and queen bedroom on the second floor have their own private balconies. The third floor queen bedroom has a private half bath and two large roof top terraces.
What about the living room? We thought about that - it has a 65" t.v. and seating for 10+ people comfortably. Family movie night? We've got you covered, high-speed internet and an app friendly t.v.
The entire home is furnished with quality in mind. You will notice the minute you walk in that this is not your average rental. The space feels big and new. Each bedroom has a high-end mattress and high quality linens for ultimate comfort. The internet is solid for important online meetings or planning your travel plans. You will feel at home in the sophisticated Coral Ridge neighborhood.
EXTRA! The office area has yet another 55" t.v. and is dual use - during the day it can be used as an office space and after hours - the bean bags and t.v. can keep the children entertained for hours. There are several board games provided for additional entertainment.
READY, SET, BEACH! Consider us your personal beach concierge to handle everything you need for a stress-free day in the sun. We provide all the essentials like lounge chairs, umbrellas and beach towels as well as a large cooler and games! Keep your vacation drinks and ice cool in the second fridge in the garage. Just show up with your friends and family and we provide the rest! Come home to a relaxing oasis and enjoy grilling on the gas grill while watching the sun go down.
LITTLE ONES? We are catering to families - so there is a high chair and a crib available on site for use with babies/infants.
WHAT ELSE? The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail as the sun goes down, with a friendly game of cornhole on hand too (not after 10 p.m. EST please). Legend has it that cornhole traces its roots back to 14th-century Germany, where children reportedly tossed corn-filled sacks into holes carved in tree stumps.
LASTLY... Laundry - we have two new front loading high-end washer/dryer AND we supply several pods for your needs.
*** We highly encourage the use of the two car garage. The driveway and street are not suitable for parking and towing may be enforced.
Our guests will have total access to the property including the two car garage.
Other things to note:
Getting around - Uber/Lyft are a good option to get you to the beach or downtown Fort Lauderdale. You have access to the two car garage should you choose to have a car.

I do not generally take the time to write reviews (particularly good ones), but this place is top-notch and the host hospitality is unsurpassed. We needed to make last minute arrangements to attend a family funeral. The townhome was super clean, comfortable, incredibly well-stocked (including coffee and plenty of snacks!) and a perfect space for our family of 5 to gather. Location was perfect- in close proximity to grocery, shopping and restaurants. We were especially touched by the personal condolence card from the host. Would not hesitate to come back again under different circumstances! Thanks for a great stay!!

What a gem this place is! It is pure luxury. We were surprised and thrilled by the complimentary and generous snack/water basket.
We were a family of eight and found this home was just perfect--our host was awesome in making sure we had everything we needed--from amenities, luxury furnishings, to suggestions for local eateries, nothing was overlooked. The house was spotless. This is the perfect home away from home in an ideal location. The beach, shopping malls and grocery stores are all within a five minute distance.
From the moment you enter this immaculate, beautifully decorated home, you can tell the owner has thought of everything. The living room has a huge couch where everyone could gather to watch a movie and feel like we all had our own space. The chic decor throughout the house was just beautiful. Oh...and it smells divine.
There is a full size kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, coffee cups, condiments, toaster, pots and pans--you name it, it is there. There are even two coffee pots--a drip and Keurig with plenty of pod cups and supplies.
All of the bedrooms had extremely comfortable mattresses along with high quality linens and comforters. Each bedroom has its own terrace for enjoying a private morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.
The children loved the bocce ball court off the top floor terrace--a huge plus.
The wi fi, temperature control, bathroom accessories and cleaning supplies were an added benefit, along with a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer!
The host is awesome--she answered every question we had before the trip--she saw to every detail, which made our trip absolutely flawless.
If you are traveling with small children, a big bonus for having a high chair and crib available!
We will definitely be back because this is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Our host was just the best, and thanks to her, we had an A#1 experience. Thank you for a great stay.
