This sweet 1950s charmer is small but mighty! A “universal design” property, The Little Yellow House incorporates features allowing ease of access and use for individuals and families with (and without) disabilities. The Little Yellow House is a 2-bedroom/1-bath property with a full kitchen and living room equipped with a TV. Enjoy close access to Conway and Hendrix College at this unique and inclusive house!

Additionally, please find below our use of scent-free and scented products:
We do not use plugins or "air freshener" sprays. We also do not have any candles in our property. The laundry detergent pods we have on-site are scent free, as are the kitchen trash bags we provide. The dishwasher detergent pods, dish soap, and provided shampoo/body wash all are scented I believe. As for cleaning products used by a cleaner, I believe those are scented as well.

Everything was so easy! My friend couldn’t make the TV remotes work, but I was ok with that! Busy street, but so convenient to downtown and where we were going! The hosts were great and I would stay here again!

The house was great. It was decorated very nicely. My husband has medical issues so the house was set up perfectly for his needs. It was so nice to go outside and
be able to seat outside in such a welcoming environment.I would recommend the house to anyone.

I love the little yellow house. The inside was as cute as the outside. I could live there full time.
The host Lorraine was so helpful with questions before I arrived. 5 Stars!
