"Open NOW!" Newly Remodeled Luxury Condo. Centrally located.

Mike the host was amazing. Communication was so good. He was super fast at responding. Check in was awesome and so easy. Room was ready a little before check in time and he let us know it was ok to go in a tad early. We got there early and went to the beautiful pool. Parking was great with our boat. Room was immaculate and modern. Kitchen has everything needed to cook and coffee maker etc. View was spectacular. Close to everything and we were able to walk to restaurants. Close to boat launch ramp. We definitely will be back. This place is a gem! Thanks so much Mike! We’ll be back!!

I used to live in havasu, so im familiar with the property. That beind said, this propetty was beautiful! We booked it knowing it was close to the marina we use when we come to havasu. If you're a tourist and its your first visit..it is close to all restaurants, shopping, london bridge. Quiet! That's what we loved!! We will be back for sure!!

Gorgeous view of water and golf course. Walk to London bridge, shopping, dining. Overall great nicely decorated property.

The property and view was perfect- quiet and peaceful. The unit was very comfortable, including the beds! We walked to the breakfast, the London Bridge and along the waterfront park. I’d recommend a stay here for ease of exploring. The only small hiccup was after checking in electronically it said we needed to get a printed parking pass at the lobby, but the lobby was closed to renovations. We realized the message wasn’t updated and the pass is not needed -no real issue just some confusion.
