You must and your guests must be at least 25 years old with exception of your children to rent this unit. 1 pet allowed must kenneled when left alone (call if you need exceptions.) Pet needs to be 25 pound and under per HOA rules.
Max 8 guests. 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo, sleeper sofa, and queen blow up mattress. Sleeps 6-8 Large patio with views of the water and Bridge. Swimmming pool Heated (heated only in winter for 1-2 months)swimming pool that overlooks Channel. Wonderful summertime fun in the water or Winter Vacation Rental.Lots of golfing REMODELED UNIT . ENJOY PLAYING FOOS BALL.
Enjoy pulling your boat up to the beach and going up to your Condo, however no overnight mooring. City Rules they will tow your boat.Vacation at the KINGS VIEW CONDOS WHERE ALL THE FUN STARTS. This unit has beenREMODELED, FOOS BALL table. Park your boat on the channel and walk up to the condo. The problem with Lake Havasu is not what to do, it’s choosing which event or activity you can fit into your busy day! If it becomes overwhelming, remember the sun is always out, so, grab that book and lounge chair and enjoy.
Winter the town is filled with things to do Boat Parades, Golfing, swap meet, main street car show, lots to do!

We booked the unit for 4th of July weekend and had the best time ever. The apartment is nicely furnished with kitchen amenities and all that you need for the weekend (including pool and shower towels).
The location is right on the canal. There is a exit to the sidewalk that takes you to London bridge which is a 5 min walk max including all the restaurants and bars and also to the beach right out front. On this weekend the beach was packed with boats, but we managed to get a space at the beach next door.
Plenty of parking for car and boats and elevator to take things up to the unit or staircase right next to the unit. Property manager was super communicative and helpful and we really had the best time. We are planning on going back to Havasu and renting this unit again! Highly recommended.
