Kings View- #503 top floor- Amazing views!! Look no further! Huge sun deck with bbq.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking to spend some quality time staying on beautiful Lake Havasu!Enjoy boating and watersports during the day while using the sand beach directly in front of Kings View as your home base. At the end of the day light up the bbq and enjoy a cookout on the deck under an Arizona sunset or walk to Chabones Steakhouse across the street from the Kings View Condos! This location is also walking distance to many local favorite late night fast food establishments! Enjoy walking to nightlife hotspots like the Heat, Martini Bay or Kokomos. Other favorite walking spots include the Lake Havasu Museum, the swapmeet, Rotary Park, the Island Bike/ Jog trail, Windsor State Park, the Casino shuttle boat, and of course the London Bridge. There is a skate park which was opened in 2013- the largest in Arizona. Great entertainment a short walk away. Rent paddle boards, kayaks, boats, within a short walk as well.

Been staying at this property, not this exact unit, for the last 5 summer vacations to Havasu. This was our least favorite but it wasn't bad. The place was clean. Communication was great. Kitchen had pretty much everything you would need. View was ok from the balcony, not great. Master Bedroom bed was probably the only bad thing about the stay. It's a mattress topper on top of an older mattress and you literally slump to one side when you lay on it. Other than that, front bedroom was really warm Even with the AC on. The balcony had bird crap all over the ground in the corners nearest the unit and on the umbrella for the table. Cleaners should of cleaned that. All in all 4/5.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. There was a beautiful view of the London Bridge. The only issue we had was that the central air conditioning didn’t work well in the 2nd bedroom. Way too warm to sleep in there. The management was quick to respond.

Place was very nice great location. all worked well except for no stopper in master bathroom sink (could not use to shave) screen slider does not work very well off living areawould be nice to know to bring soap for shower and tissues (places rented in past either had these or told us not supplied)Lastly, had we known of the construction we would not have rented the unit. The noise and dust was awful. It drove us away from the unit
