We just updated our unit to sleep 6 people comfortably!
During the day keep your boat or jet ski on the beach for easy access or parked in the secured/gated parking lot. All new furniture is vacation-themed and sets the mood for a great stay at what is arguably the best address in Lake Havasu City.
Our condo has a water view, a big patio which is great for hanging out with family & friends, BBQing, and watching boats cruise through the channel!
The master suite has a california king bed, a big closet with mirrored doors, a TV with cable and DVD player, and a private full sized bathroom with shower/tub and a new stackable washer and dryer.
The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, nightstand, (2) full over full sized bunk beds with memory foam mattresses and mirrored closet doors with its own bathroom across the hall.
The kitchen has a flattop oven, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker as well as cups, plates, pots, pans plus all the comforts of your home. We recently added a new kitchen island that provides more seating, storage and counter space.
The living room has NEW 65” smart flat screen TV! Which you can watch from an upgraded large and comfortable sofa.
We also just added a solid Oak wall unit that contains a luxurious queen size bed in addition to another closet for storing clothes and three drawers.
Play in the channel on the beach, or relax in the heated pool, this condo has everything you need for your next vacation in Lake Havasu!
Our unit is also wheelchair accessible!
We also welcome pets for and added fee.

The pool was nice to sun used it twice . Tv we were not able to get to work. Garbage disposal was out but was replaced in a couple of days. coffee machine did not work but was replaced toward end of stay. Place is nice and spacious Patio area is very nice but not private. Nice view of the London Bridge. Without a working TV I would not stay there again.

This condo is a great place to stay for groups. Plenty of sleeping spaces without having to overflow onto an air mattress. Lots of seating for dining both indoors and outdoors. Kitchen has all the basics. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

We rented in this complex years ago for a month and had a better experience. First, I didn’t realize that this unit isn’t right on the water. You can’t look out and see the beach. When you are on the patio and look out you see the condo in front of you. If you look left you can see the bridge. It’s super convenient to pick people up or drop them off at the beach. The unit is set up to sleep a lot of people, as advertised. The guest bedroom can sleep 6 but that room is SUPER hot! The AC doesn’t blow in that room. You also can not turn the AC down below 74. The main living area cools off and the master bedroom is tolerable, the guest room is not. Luckily we had a small group and we’re able to abandon the guest room. The first night my brother left and went to a hotel. I would say the bathrooms are on par with a Motel 6. We own a VRBO ourselves so I do understand the impact of a bad review. I was hesitant to write this but after contacting the owner she didn’t respond until after we left and once she did, not even an apology about the air.
