The fully air-conditioned main deck, featuring floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, includes an open-concept salon with a cozy living and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom with natural light, and a covered outdoor deck with seating. In addition to a dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave, the kitchen also features a washer/dryer, a wine refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious dining area can also be used as a comfortable workspace. With free high-speed Wi-Fi and excellent lighting, every need is met. Video meetings can be conducted professionally via the Full HD LED Smart TV and the high-end sound system; the houseboat offers a unique setting for remote work. No license is required to operate a houseboat (license-free for people 18 and older); it is easy to maneuver and can be steered comfortably and safely after a professional briefing.
