We had a lovely week in this beautiful area. The house was comfortable and the village was very peaceful. There were problems with the description however. There was no garden just a piece of land on which to park the car . The terrace was a sloping area of concrete with some plastic chairs and a table and there were no bikes. The owner Mattias was very helpful .

We booked this house for an autumm stay, it was easy to find, well equipped and very warm and comfortable. The location is well placed for lots of walks both easy (along the river) or more challenging in the hills. The town of Saarburg is very pretty and has enough restaurants for a weeks stay, as well as several supermarkets. Serrig nearby has a bakery for fresh rolls. The booking and check in / out was easy and we really couldn't have wanted anything more in the house. Thank you.
