A Spacious and Well-Equipped Villa in a Beautiful Tropical Setting

We spent the first 15 days of our Thailand vacation in this beautiful villa and had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay overall. The villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an exceptionally large and very well-equipped private gym — honestly better than what you often find even in good hotels. Everything you need is available, and the equipment is in excellent condition. All rooms are equipped with efficient air-conditioning, and importantly, electricity costs are included, which is not always the case in Thailand. This made the stay very comfortable and stress-free. The garden and pool area are beautifully designed and extremely tropical. The pool itself is great in size and design; however, it was noticeably colder than pools we have experienced elsewhere in Thailand. Because of this, we usually avoided swimming after sunset, as the water temperature felt quite cold. The property is located right at the edge of the jungle, where the village ends. This creates a very private, green, and peaceful atmosphere. In the pool corner near the jungle, there are occasionally mosquitoes, especially in the evening. With mosquito repellent, however, this was generally manageable and not a major issue. Transportation is very easy thanks to a reliable local taxi driver, who can always be reached via WhatsApp and offers affordable rides to all nearby destinations. Prices are negotiable, and it is usually possible to agree on a good rate. The organization and communication are excellent. Su, the housekeeper, manages everything locally on behalf of the owner Richard, who lives in England. She communicates quickly via WhatsApp, cleans the villa every four to five days, and can also organize additional services such as in-villa massages. We used one of the unused bedrooms as a private massage room, which felt like a real luxury at a very reasonable price. The biggest advantage of this villa is definitely its tropical, quiet location.

A few minor points could be improved: one of the sun loungers by the pool is broken and should be replaced. Additionally, when leaving the house and removing the electricity key, the washing machine stops, even though the refrigerator continues to run. This means laundry cycles need to be restarted when returning, which is a bit inconvenient.

Worth the money and Enjoyed the stay.

The property was located in a tranquil area of town. We were away from all the rush and enjoyed the seclusion for our 5 night stay. The house was very nice and located about a 10 minute walk from a 7Eleven and a few other stores. Su was very helpful and exceptional. She was easy to reach and get help and guidance from. Grab drivers were easy to reach. You can walk to town in about 20 minutes but since the road is narrow i would recommend getting a taxi/grab which Su gave us the contact info on. It is a great atmosphere!

The house is located in a Muslim rich neighborhood, which had several calls to prayer and chanting throughout the day, the calls were broadcast by loudspeakers around the neighborhood. This was no big deal and didn't really affect our stay but just want anyone who is visiting the property to be aware that this will occur each and every day through out the day. There were several cigarette butts on the ground right outside the main entrance that someone left versus throwing them in the trash. No real biggie but this just took a little away from the aesthetics.

Perfect Pool Villa

We had a fantastic stay at the Smooth as Silkl pool villa in Ao Nang! Our family of five, including one child, felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The villa was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring — the private pool was a big hit with everyone! Su, our host, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay — arranging bike rentals, recommending great local trips, and always available when we needed advice. The villa is slightly out of the main town, but we had no issues getting around with Grab taxis and tuk-tuks, which were easy and affordable. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Ao Nang. We'd love to come back!

Luxury villa for a great stay in Krabi

Villa is absolutely perfect - exactly like the photos - but is much bigger! Drinking water available in the kitchen - bedrooms were awesome, pool amazing. The villa is a little out from Ao Nang beach and the main strips - but only 100 baht in a grab and a 5 minute drive, it’s much nicer to be a little out so you get the peace and quiet, but very easily accessible to everything in the area. We had food delivered to our door when we had pool days. Washing machine and washing detergent ready for us to use! Su arranged us a taxi back to the airport for a good price. Netflix and YouTube and TV when you want an hour chilling. Would 100% stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Krabi :)

Superb!!!

No complaints. Everything is neat, clean and superb. The owner welcomes us and explains about facilities. The pool is so nice, the rooms and space is great for friends and family. Surrounding area is local people and you will be needing transport to in and out.

We require to pay units spent for electrical. We ok we that but perhaps just included it in hotel charges will be better.

The place was soooo relaxing and the owner was great, bent over backwards for us, I booked a second place and it seemed so MEH! Because the Platinum Villa was so great. We tried to stay longer and cancel our second place but to no surprise Platinum was booked grrr. Paul books anything you need or want to do, including having milk delivered! lol. Such a great place to stay!

Die ganze Villa hat und einfach super gut gefallen. Es ist genügend Platz für Sechs Leute. Man hat ein Fitnessstudio und einen tollen Pool. Ein kleiner Teil ist auch Überdacht. Es gibt zwei Bäder und einen großen Küchen/Wohnzimmerbereich. Su die uns in Empfang genommen hat ,war wirklich sehr nett. Die hat uns direkt eine Nummer des Taxifahrers Mister Bum Bum gegeben Bester Taxifahrer ganz Krabi. Er hat uns immer und überall abgeholt auch als wir schon nicht mehr in der Villa waren.

La maison de rêve pour nos vacances ! Du était une hôte hyper disponible et très gentille. Elle nous a aidé à programmer les excursions et organisé le massage. La maison est nickel, tout était propre et fonctionnel.
