Difficult to get key lock was jammed

The house has been renovated to a very high standard Was clean extremely comfortable and ideal for our friends reunion. The fact that 3 bedrooms could be twinned was great so there was an option for 6 of us to have our own bed. The dining room table allowed comfortable socialising which was the main focus our our groups reunion. Plenty of gorgeous bathrooms with additional separate toilets on each floor was genius. Ideal location we did not need to use our cars throughout the stay. We managed to park 3 cars on the drive and the rest parked in a street a stones throw from the property.

Nothing really. As a group we did discuss the outdoor space having more comfortable seating for visits when weather warmer. I took extra t towels but like other reviews this could easily be provided by the property. Perhaps a little more direction on where extra hand soap and toilet rolls were stored as we ended up buying soap then found the cupboard 🥴 Also more info on changing heating thermostat would have been helpful? We lost house internet on the second day but wondered if that was an issue locally?

Fantastic house - big, comfortable and great for hosting. We also really enjoyed Buxton as a town, and the location was excellent.

The customer service we received was terrible. Multiple messages during the weekend went unanswered, meaning central heating was left on in July, we didn’t have enough bedding, and the property managers couldn’t give us any idea of the amenities or cookware available. The landlords need to seriously consider different property managers.
