The bedrooms, all with Smart TVs, consist of a second-floor king-size, a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a double with a balcony, a second-floor twin, a second-floor family room with a king size and single, and a bunk room with a balcony, along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a second-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden courtyard with a patio and furniture, an enclosed private rear garden and an enclosed side garden with decking, and private driveway parking for four cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and within 1.5 miles, a river, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Today visitors continue to enjoy these magnificent buildings and gardens, as well as the Opera House's full programme and annual festivals of music and arts. There is good walking close by with rugged peaks to the north and gentle hills and dales to the south and a number of pretty towns and villages are dotted throughout including Bakewell, Ashford-in-the-Water, Castleton and Edale. The stunning properties of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are within easy driving distance and must be seen while visiting this area. A great base for exploring the Peak District.
