A lakás kiválóan felszerelt, igényes. Közel van a metró és az élelmiszerüzletek, egyéb vásárlási lehetőség. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes. Nagyon pozitív, hogy külön van a fürdőszoba és a WC.

A kulcsot több, mint 1 km-re lehet átvenni, amiről nem tájékoztattak előzetesen. A 24 órás recepció félrevezető, mert azt hiheti a vendég, hogy közvetlenül ott adják át a kulcsot. Leadni sem lehet a recepción távozáskor. Franciául adták meg az információt a kulcs átvételéről, nem angolul és nem volt ott a megadott helyen, amikor megérkeztünk. A letétet csak 1 hónap múlva kaptam vissza.

I have a mixed feelings about this stay. The quality vs price rate was quite good. I was disappointed I needed to pay 500 EUR safety deposit and the host didn’t accept cash. If I noticed it earlier, I wouldn’t book this apartment. Also the deposit was released in 3 days after I left, but to make it happen I asked the host to release it manually, because the basic release time is 20 days! The building is nice, it has an inner yard and the apartment has a terrace. The apartment style is “all French chic”, however, it wasn’t cleaned well. Mirrors, glasses, water taps were not clean. There is a lot dishes on the kitchen, all not clean enough, you need to wash it before using. There was a dried cheese inside the microwave. Also I got a full trash box from the previous guests. Hair here and there, so I did vacuum cleaning by myself. The fridge was making squeezing sounds like crazy, we fixed it. The shower is really-really small, it’s hard to move when you are inside. Beds are very comfortable, even the couch in the dining room has a real mattress. The neighborhood is not nice at all. You will see lots of people you don’t trust on the street, cafes are not good, shops all about African and Indian clothes, and “Kabul kebab” is everywhere. However, there is a nice boulangerie next to the Marx Dormoy metro station and Carrefour shop is just on the corner. The host didn’t respond my messages during first two days, I started being nervous, but then he appeared and was supportive. Collecting and giving back the keys is just a headache. The location is not that convenient, it takes about 30 minutes by taxi to get to the main sightseeings. Overall, the apartment is very nice, but the location and the service might be better.
