Clean, modern, comfortable

The apartment is large, it has two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, it is newly refurbished, modern style. Everything we needed was solved promptly, even if we never met the hosts. The communication was only by text messages. The neighborhood is central but quiet because it is situated behind the buildings on the main avenue. It has shops, restaurants in less than 5 minutes by foot. The apartments don't have the usual keys or cards but an access PIN so everything is smoother.

Because it is an aparthotel, you don't have the breakfast included, but Carrefour is 4-5 minutes away, Panda pastry shop is also 3 minutes away, so we handled ourselves. They have parking spots offered to the residents still the space is quite narrow so it might need extra parking skills for larger cars.

Location, an apartment in excellent conditions throughout . Very responsive and helpful host. Kitchen facilities - well suited for preparing meals.

The building does not have a high level of phonic insulation. It depends who else is staying. But we had no issues…

New, clean property. Parking available. Easy access.

The furniture was super cheap and uncomfortable. Wasn’t able to get a good rest because of the mattress and pillows. The table and the chairs uncomfortable. The L shaped sofa was broken. Every time we took a shower the water wouldn’t drain and make a walk in shower a bathtub. The second set of comforter and pillows were smelling terrible.
