Atlas Aparthotel & Spa

Am revenit la Atlas Aparthotel după o experiență anterioară excelentă, pentru care am acordat nota 9. Din păcate, această ședere de două nopți nu a mai fost la același nivel.

Apartamentele și confortul au rămas la standardul bun cu care eram obișnuit, însă micul dejun mi s-a părut vizibil mai modest decât la vizita precedentă, in special la nivel calitativ. Nu poate fi catalogat deocamdata ca un mic dejun slab, insa diferența față de experiența anterioară se observă. Cea mai mare dezamăgire a fost politica de tarifare a noului spa. Accesul costă 120 lei pentru un circuit de 3 ore în intervalele de vârf și 90 lei în afara acestora. Personal, consider aceste prețuri exagerate fata de alte hoteluri din Romania și in acest context nici nu intenționez să îl folosesc vreodata. Nu stiu daca accesul persoanelor straine este permis insa mie personal mi-a lăsat impresia că investiția se dorește amortizată foarte rapid. Totodata, as fi de parere că o politică de preț mai echilibrată ar fi atras mai mulți clienți și ar fi încurajat utilizarea facilității. Per total, Atlas Aparthotel rămâne alegerea cea mai bună în Piatra Neamț, însă in ochii mei nu mai e ceea ce a fost. Sper totusi ca micul dejun să revină la nivelul de odinioară, iar politica de preț pentru spa să fie reconsiderată.

This is a great hotel, very comfortable, beautifully and thoughtfully designed, spotless clean, kind and attentive staff, beds were very comfortable, room was very spacious with different areas for every need (work, dining, lounge, sleep). Highly recommended, will defiantly come back when Im in the area.

This stay is basically a home away from home. It's got everything you might need except a washing machine (or maybe it was there but i couldn't find it in the enormity of the place). It's quiet, well insulated, good water pressure, excellent breakfast choices. Private parking is a bonus.

Nothing really to complain about, you could argue that the price is a bit steep given the city but considering there's nothing really like it in the area, it's quite all right.

The hotel is in a perfect location, gated, new and large room. The hotel also provides free parking and theirs a restaurant available for dinner in the evenings.

The advert says air conditioning but air condition is only available in the living room. The room is only cleaned every three days which is not expected for a four star property. Breakfast options were quite poor. The power went off on two occasions during the day.
