L’appartamento è in ottima posizione. È pulito e dispone di lavatrice e asciugatrice che viste le giornate piovose è stata utilissima. La camera è gigante con un grande armadio. Il letto è molto comodo. Marina e il proprietario sono stati molto disponibili. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

It did not look like the apartment had been cleaned since the last person stayed - there were hairs in the bathroom sink and in the shower, the kitchen sink was dirty The apartment was very basic, for example there is no side lamp next to the bed The shower was broken - there was no holder for the shower which makes it very difficult to wash your hair as you have to hold the shower head There is no heating or Aircon (the temperature was ok for us but if it was colder then we would have been cold) If you want to go out of La Laguna, there are buses but they are very unreliable, which made getting around very difficult. The taxis are also very difficult to book (there is one taxi company which was great, but the taxis are expensive). If you want to travel around, I recommend a car I asked the host for help with booking a taxi and she was not very helpful - she only sent screenshots of taxis when she googled "taxi in la Laguna", it was impossible to book with the taxi companies she recommended as we did not speak fluent Spanish, and I asked her twice if she could please book us a taxi (for our flight home) as we were struggling and she did not!! So I don't recommend the host.
