Good for the price. Perfect na sana kung working ang shower heater. Yong electric kettle nlng ginamit namin pang init ng water pag naliligo. Mabait nmn yong caretaker di lang naayos yong heater nong maintenance guy kasi mukang need na palitan yong mismong heater.
The heater does not work. Medyo me tagos yong bidet kaya naglalawa ang sahig ng cr.

That it’s a studio within a hotel and the frontdesk is just mediating between you and the studio owner. Need to check-in and check-out with owner being present. check-in took 30 minutes longer. Had to hand over a 2nd ID to the frontdesk. Don’t really like to hand over my physical ID’s.

The place is clean, has pool view and just 2 mins walk away from Ayala Serin. The best part about our stay is the PS4 which we really enjoyed!
The wifi connection got lost so we didn’t got the chance to finish watching netflix, also it doesn’t have any LTE signal inside the room so we were literally on social media break 😅 The coffee maker is not working as well.
