    We had a delightful stay for our anniversary. We really appreciated their staff for being intuitive and quick to process our early check-in due to the bad weather. Their lobby area is sooo cute and peaceful. We loved the vibes. The room was to our satisfaction. Clean bed, clean CR, provided toiletries. Though we'd recommend they have slippers for guests next time, since the floors are quite cold. They have parking out front. They're right next to a cafe and a restaurant. Harap nila is Ayala Malls Serin. And it's like a 3-5 min walk to and from Olivarez Plaza. Love how near it is sa bus and jeepney stops. Thank you so much. We will definitely consider this hotel again when we come back.

    Pros: • Great location, close to restaurants, cafes, and malls. • Nice view of Taal Lake if you book one of the upper-floor lake-facing rooms. • Cute cabin-style concept. Cons: • Rooms can be noisy since the hotel is along the main road. • Cleanliness needs improvement. The room was dusty, and the bed made me feel itchy. • The bathroom is small, and the shower had weak water pressure because the shower head was dirty and clogged. When I reported it, I was told the water pressure was “strong,” which didn’t address the actual issue. Overall: I had high expectations because the rates are comparable to more established hotels in Tagaytay, and I love cabin-style accommodations. Unfortunately, it fell short in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and service. It was okay for a one-time stay, but I’d probably choose another hotel next time.
