    Great value for money. The rooms were spacious and the bed was more than big enough for the two of us. The elevators tho' were not working properly, which made it a hassle during checkout when everyone had to go down The location is great and convenient with a mall next to it

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, they kindly accommodated our early check-in, which we truly appreciated. What impressed me the most was the manager’s kindness, and compassion. We were traveling with a child who had specific needs, and after understanding our situation, the manager thoughtfully upgraded our room to make our stay more comfortable. It was a gesture of genuine care that we will always be grateful for. The hotel’s location is another huge advantage. It’s conveniently close to malls, churches, restaurants, convenience stores, and other establishments. Transportation is also very accessible, with jeepneys and tuk-tuks readily available, making it easy to get around. Although the hotel doesn’t have a lake view, I honestly don’t see that as a disadvantage. Everything you need is just a short walk or ride away. If you want to enjoy the beautiful view of Taal Lake, there are plenty of nearby restaurants where you can dine while taking in the scenery. Ialso want to mention how pleasant the swimming pools are. They are well-maintained, and very inviting—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The exceptional hospitality, excellent location, and great amenities made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tagaytay.

    stay is perfect except for the waiting time. I hope you can find a more welcoming receptionist as the one on duty is not.

    Face and bath towels are dingy looking. No easy access to the commode. Bathroom door is blocking. I have to step to the shower to close the bathroom door. Pillows are old , out of shape. Not easy on the neck.
