One of the VERY best places we have stayed at.

Such a perfect stay for us. Our 2 little pugs loved it, too. Only a few minutes to Versailles and the neighborhood is adorable. There is a great place for baguettes only a minute walk away, as well as a convenience store. The little house has everything you will need.❤️ We really loved it!!!

Parking was tricky but NOT hard if you pull in forward and then back out when you leave. Then you can go forward to the end of the street to turn around. Backing into the parking spot was very hard and didn't work for us. Luckily, we are still married. 😆

Beautiful, cosy little gem!

It was so easy to get the keys - I'm afraid my navigation was a bit off but our host was so very helpful and actually met us at the property, very friendly. Buc is a lovely village and we had some lovely walks into the village and we loved the walks in the forest. Such a warm comfy little home and so convenient for visiting Versailles.

A lovely stay with lovely hosts

It was very comfortable and a lot of thought has gone into making the most of your stay with information about places to go. Little touches like a first aid kit demonstrate the attention to detail. Thibaud and Julie were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We liked the location as we caught the bus to visit Versailles and the stop was only a short walk away. There are also some interesting woodland walks and we enjoyed seeing the aqueduct, especially with its historical connection to the fountains at Versailles.

We found the parking difficult as we have a long wheelbase VW campervan but we could have parked down the road or in a car park a short distance away, so just something to bear in mind if you have a similar vehicle - it wouldn’t deter us from staying again.

Charmante petite maison très bien située.

Super emplacement. Très pratique pour se garer et lorsqu'on a des chiens. Lit très confortable dans la chambre. Endroit très calme et idéalement situé pour visiter Versailles et ses environs. Charmante petite maison.

Beaucoup de poussières au niveau du lit encastrable, mon fils étant allergique aux acariens a eu une crise de toux et a du dormir avec moi dans la chambre.Du coup mon mari a dormi dans le lit encastrable. Manque poêles et casseroles dans les ustensiles de cuisine.

Perfekt für Ausflüge nach Versailles und Paris!

Die Lage war super, da man ganz einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Paris und Versailles fahren konnte. Auch vor Ort in Buc gab es tolle Gassistrecken, unsere Liebelingsroute war um den Étang de la Geneste. Wer will kann auch den Wald direkt am Straßenende nutzen, dafür gibt es einen Schlüssel im Häusschen. Auch die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Der Garten um das Haus herum ist hundesicher eingezäunt. Wir haben nur die obere Etage bewohnt. Sie war top ausgestattet mit vielen Küchenutensilien und Gewürzen. Das Bett war bequem und man hatte viel Stauraum. Großer Smart TV vorhanden. Der Parkplatz war für unserem Kombi perfekt und wir hatten keine Probleme einzuparken. Hunde sind willkommen, es wurde sogar ein Hundebettchen, Riesenwassernapf, Futternapf und Schmuddelpfötchen Handtücher bereitgestellt <3 Die Kommunikation und der Check-In waren sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.

Die Couch zum Fernseh schauen war sehr unbequem. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Klein und fein 👍

Die Lage zum Schloss Versailles (ca.10 min.), Disneyland (ca. 1h) und Paris Innenstadt (ca. 50min bis 1,5h) mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Supermarkt inter marche sowie Tankstelle sind innerhalb von 5 min. ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Allgemein war die Lage des Hauses sehr ruhig. Die Aufteilung ist toll, klein aber fein. Die Küche verfügt über alle Utensilien die man benötigt, um auch selber erfolgreich zu kochen. Es gibt allerdings nur 3 Herdplatten auf dem Induktionskochfeld. Der Stellplatz hinter dem Haus, dieser ist allerdings je nach Fahrzeug sehr eng. Sollte ihr Fahrzeug größer sein wird es schwieriger, je nachdem wie versiert sie mit ihrem Auto umgehen können. Wir empfehlen die straße bis zum Ende zu fahren dann zu wenden und rückwärts auf den Stellplatz zu fahren. Man kann aber auch unten auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Theater parken. Der Gastgeber ist wirklich sehr fürsorglich und informiert unaufgefordert und auf den Punkt. Das ist wirklich Klasse! 👍👍👍👍👍

Heel knus en fijn huisje met tuin op een lekker rustige locatie, maar toch dicht bij Parijs

Een oud, maar heel fijn en liefdevol ingericht huisje met werkelijk alles wat je nodig denkt te hebben. Bij aankomst stonden de waterbak en de mand voor de hond al klaar. Het tweepersoonsbed is voor Franse begrippen zacht en ligt heerlijk. Balkon en tuin zijn goed verzorgd en allebei ook heel fijn om te zitten. Vlak achter het huis begint een bos en wat verder naar beneden is een prachtig wandelpad langs een riviertje, een heerlijk stuk om even met de hond te doen - alle Fransen lopen er zelf met hun hond los. Buc valt binnen Ile-de-France, dus kun je met een dagkaart van 12 euro de hele dag naar Parijs en daar ook onbeperkt reizen (honden mogen niet mee in de bus, het station is helaas wel ruim een half uur lopen). Auto parkeren in Parijs was bij Q-park maar 17 euro voor 8 uur, dus ook prima te doen.

Zoals al vaker genoemd ligt de tweede slaapkamer in het souterrain en is inderdaad aan de vochtige kant, maar er wordt alles aan gedaan om daar zo min mogelijk last van te hebben. De parkeerplek is aan de krappe kant, maar de gevaarlijke stukken muur zijn beschermd met foam en met een keer of twee steken lukt het prima. Een grotere auto kan beneden op de grote parkeerplaats gezet worden op de plekken zonder blauwe lijn (de rest is met parkeerschijf).

Une petite maison de poupée, fonctionnelle et très au calme.

Une petite maison cosy et fonctionnelle, terriblement au calme. Les hôtes ont tout fait pour que nous soyons bien accueillis (linge de toilette en quantité, attentions pour le bébé...). Une place de parking privative et un coin de jardin pour le PDJ du matin au soleil :) A 3 minutes des commerces !

L'aspect "cave" du sous-sol car même s'il est très bien aménagé garde un peu l'odeur et l'impression de cave.

Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung, super nette Vermieter und prima Lage mit Busverbindung (400m mit Linie 6161 oder 6162) direkt vor das Schloss von Versailles und zurück! Nahegelegener Wald wo mit mit seinem Hund prima spazieren gehen kann!

Fijn huisje dichtbij Versailles

Vrijstaand huisje met een tuin die volledig omheind is. Auto kun je op het terrein parkeren. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Goede badkamer met uitstekende douche. Volledige keuken, tuintafel met stoelen. Wifi werkt goed. Dichtbij het dorpje voor boodschappen.

Het ligt aan een straatje dat vrij stijl is. Dat betekent een korte stevige klim om bij het huisje te komen als je lopend naar het dorp gaat.
