Design-Forward Anchorage Townhome w Ocean Views

We loved how comfortable the accomodation was. Everything you could need was provided. The location was perfect for a quick walk to the downtown and the views were amazing. The communication through Vacasa was excellent, they were quick with their replies to all my queries prior to arriving. There were a lot of stairs in the property but it was fine for our group. It was clean and very well kept.

Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the comfort of the bed in the second bedroom which my friends were in. The main bed was amazing though.

Comfy beds. Good location to walk into town. Appreciated heating was on when we arrived.

Towels were very rough and some were stained. No tea bags or milk were provided. Coffee was provided but no instructions on how to use.

Spacious and beautiful house near the coastal trail. Well equipped and comfortable. The coastal trail and downtown are close-by.

For a longer stay, a vacuum cleaner might be useful.

Location was amazing!

Dirty and poor customer service. There were crusty stains on the throw pillows, the washing machine was so mildewed that it permeated the entire 3 floors, the extra bedroom bathroom was dirty, towels were stained. We were offered an extra night at a great rate but because we went through booking.com, they added an additional $300 on top of it to stay - not disclosed up front. When I called about the dirty unit, was given a ticket number and promised someone would be by to clean - no one ever called or came by, until what was originally our last day and they didn’t realize we had extended our stay. Good thing we didn’t spend too much time inside.
