About this house rental
No need for a TV! This iconic midcentury 3-bedroom home with an unparalleled view of Cook Inlet is perfect for just sitting and watching the trains, planes, and ships. Located in Bootlegger's Cove, the home is steps from downtown Anchorage's restaurants and shopping, the Park Strip, and the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail -- a premiere biking, running, and ski trail. It couldn't be more perfect in terms of location!
The interior flooring/cabinets/appliances are somewhat dated, but all very clean and fully functional. We plan to remodel next year but, in the meantime, we are enjoying the view and location -- we hope that you will, too!

What a unique and wonderful home! It had everything we could’ve needed during our trip. The home was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and we didn’t want to leave! Veronica was responsive and was happy to accommodate us when we arrived a bit earlier than expected. Thank you, Veronica, for having us.

Great location in a classic 1950s vibe house with million dollar views. Perfect for a family to stay with parks and recreation near by. I had the pleasure of going to some great restaurants less than a mile away too. Lastly there were fresh raspberries in the yard to add to your meals. I would love to stay here again in the future. Super convenient (walking distance) to downtown, great views of the water to relax and enjoy. Host Veronica looked out for us. Highly recommend!

A glimpse into mid century Anchorages past. A wonderful property in one of anchorages oldest neighborhoods. We loved our stay. Nothing but positives to report.
