Redshank

Very clean and comfortable. The sitting room had the wow factor, but was first and foremost a lovely place to sit and relax. The bed was really comfy too, so unusually for me, I slept really well every night! The house is stylishly decorated, well equipped, with a neat kitchen, and good bathroom with shower. The location was perfect for getting to the harbour and main facilities of the town on foot. Parking was very easy. Amble is a great little town, all the facilities you'd want, it's easy to access the whole of the Northumbrian coast, and is brilliant for bird/wildlife watching. I went on a cruise to Coquet Island and saw loads of seals, and even some dolphins!

The location, being a through road, was noisier than I am used to at home, so I did need to get used to that! Also, with it being a mid-terrace, the neighbours were also closer than I am used to, so I did hear a few more noises than I would at home to, but they were very pleasant and helpful.
