Arsen, the host, is the most gracious and helpful I have ever come across. He kindly arranged a very late transfer from the airport when i arrived at a competitive price. The apartment is 5 minutes walk away from Republic square, meaning you are in the middle and the main points of interests are all walking distance. This is also a strategic location to use a very good agency, Hyur, based in the same building, so if you tour with them basically they take you back home at the end of the tour. The apartment is on top floor (no elevator, which is indicated in the listing). Spacious and with plenty of light, it gets hot but air con works very well. A little dated but it is really good value for money. I want to spend a few words for the host, Arsen. Since for some reason the local taxi app Yandex Go would not work on my phone, he arranged a number of car trips for me, at no additional cost. I checked out at the allotted time but since my flight was very late in the evening, he let me drop my bag at his place/car, and also arranged the airport taxi trip. He does not speak English but Google translate works to communicate well.

Perhaps a bit cleaner and less dusty, there is a window just on top of the bed, so in summer you are likely to wake up early when the sun is up. Kitchen stove is dated, but works. These are minor things really.

Lage super, Vermieter sehr freundlich, alles an grundlegender Ausstattung, was man braucht, Hyur Services gleich vor der Tür, wo man tolle Touren buchen kann

Große Menschen lebeb durch die Dachschräge beim Kochen gefährlich 😉 Vll könnte man ein wenig Geld in z.B. eine neue Pfanne investieren, da die Beschichtung der aktuellen sehr stark zerkratzt ist
