HillTop Yerevan

Lovely place!!! Deep in greenery like a forest and so close to the center! I booked this place for a reunion dinner and for one of my friends to stay overnight. Great food, comfortable room and clean facilities. The house is located on top of the hill with about 5-6 C temperature lower than the center. Fresh and cool air, wonderful view and nice breakfast was provided in the fruit garden. We will come back for other occasions !! See you !!!

The hosts were excellent and the view was amazing! The whole stay was wonderful. The living arrangements were very comfortable, we had a whole floor to ourselves and everything was very clean and tidy. The check-in was very simple and the hosts were extremely kind. They invited us to a delicious BBQ outside on their balcony and afterwards, we picked and ate fruit from their many fruit trees in the garden. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is fantastic! You don't get a view like this anywhere else. It is a short and simple taxi or bus ride into the city centre and it is totally worth it for a sunset view of Mt Ararat. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you Armine! We will come back!

Everything was perfect!

Its true what they say, people make places special and sometimes hospitality is what I enjoy more than the places I stay and this was definitely one of those place for me. I was hosted by a lovely family, the sweetest lady of the house welcomed me and made me feel home. Served amazing breakfast, offered to serve lunch and kept checking on me throughout my stay and the man of the house even gave me a ride back to the airport. I actually booked for one night but ended up staying for 2. The property is location within 5km radius from the center, you either have to take a bus or call a cab to get to the center. Which is super easy coz the bus stand is right in front of the house. I dare you to walk, don't even think about it coz its all uphill hahaha. Its a storage room facing the backyard of the house which has been turned into a living place to host guests. I wanna support this business coz the property has potential if the owner works a little bit on the property along with their amazing hospitality. The room is facing an amazing backyard garden filled with different fruit trees with a huge balcony overlooking the city view and a lot more like table tennis, BBQ area, outdoor swing, benches and tables to sit and enjoy meals and coffee watching the sunset since the property is on the mountain.

Doors didn't have curtains for privacy, no air-conditioning, bathroom had weird smell. I did bring these to their attention. I also gave some suggestions and I am sure they will work on it. Over all a good experience.
