Beds/sofas need an update - top bunk not safe for young kids and the ladder too worn out for adults. The sofa beds in the living room are actually two small single beds with no cushions to turn them in to sofas. Kitchen is tired.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property

The Views

You couldn’t turn down the heat. The apartment stayed at 23 Celsius. We had to open the doors and windows to cool the apartment down. Very uncomfortable. The shower would not drain. We had 5 people in our unit. We ran out of toilet paper. I was told only one roll of toilet paper per 2 people we had 2 rolls but 5 people. Do the math. When I asked if we could have another roll they said we do not have any, you have your 2. OMG. It didn’t matter how long you stayed. We had to wait 1 1/2hours to get into the apartment. We arrived a little after 4:00 and didn’t get in until 5:30 pm.

Convenient enough for a ski holiday

The apartments and the hotel complex itself are cozy and clean. The room is warm. Pillows, blankets, bed linen, towels are clean and in sufficient quantities. There are all utensils for cooking. There are capsule and geyser coffee machines. But if you like tea, bring an electric kettle with you :). All cleaning supplies are available. The bathroom has 1 small shampoo, 1 shower gel and 1 roll of toilet paper. :) So take extra hygiene products with you. There was enough hot water for 3-4 people to shower. We were by car, so we got to the ski lift very quickly. The closest gondola lift in 5-6 minutes. There is a large free parking lot near this lift. It was very convenient.

We had a big problem with Wi-Fi. It somehow worked the first day only, then it broke down and was not restored until we left. We asked host for support with it , but without luck . The locks into the bathroom and ski box were also broken. It's a big problem to park a car on weekends. When we returned to the apartment in the evening, there were no free parking spaces. And we had to wait a long time for a miracle to happen and some place to free up for the car. Or leaving the car in the wrong place. :( The small store in Grange Sisses is only open on weekends. For groceries you need to drive to the supermarket in Sestriere. Ski equipment rental is also only in Sestriere. This does not apply to apartments, but it is inconvenient.

Needed more facilities to make it easier to be able to keep clean and stay comfortably

The keys where not in the lock box - had to keep calling the property and than someone came to hand out the keys

There where hardly any Pots and Pans for a group of 6 to be able to cook . And there was no availbable washing machine and tumble drier as stated on the booking form - Only 1 toilet paper for a group of 6 and not a cloth to be able to wash the dishes

Space was good! Floors were easy to clean during our 2 week stay. Everything was fine. Very good stay. Manager - Marco - was super nice and helpful.

too few items in the kitchen, just one big pot (the manager gave us another a bit smaller pot). Also, we were told by Happy REntals (not by the manager) that the washing machine was in the apartment. No, it was behind the reception. It wasn't a problem altogether.

Very good

The location was good. It was full of nice restaurants and the view from the balcony was amazing. The pistas are less than 10 minutes driving and there is a nice apre ski just 5 minutes drive.

We had a problem with the heating the first day that was promptly resolved. The hot water was limited. Very short shower. If you are in a group of people, the last person's could have a icy shower. Not very nice after a day at -10. Overall after the first day that we learn the habit, it was ok. Also the sofa-bed is not a proper bed, making it not too comfortable, so we let the girls sleep in the doeble bedroom.

Good

The apartment was very comfortable and with a nice view. The staff was super friendly and very eager to help. It's only 2 minutes by car to the town of Sestriere.

On our last day there was a party on the apartment above ours. Turns out the apartment is privately owned so the staff has no saying in what the owner do. Lucky for us the party ended shortly after midnight but it could have easily go on all night and completely spoil our rest.

Great location for Skiing at Sestriere!

Our apartment was great, we were 5 people and it was more than enough for us. Marco and Ludovico are great hosts and were always helpful with all our requests. Location is perfect only 6min drive to the lifts. Parking near the lifts was easy for us as we went very early in the morning however it does get full very fast. Parking is only 7euro till 18pm on the weekends, after 18pm its free and weekdays its free as well. Da Gennaro Pizzeria was right underneath our apartment, the Pizzas were superb! Always make sure to book in advance as it gets very busy. La Cioca another restaurant near the apartment, the food was delicious, different types of meats which we could cook on a hot stone, their Polenta and wine selection were amazing as well 10/10.

Not the best stay

Location was good for skying, however you did have to take the car. It was quite location and many restaurants around.

The place is old dated and in need of refurbishment. The kitchen is very poorly equiped. The walls are very thin and you can hear the other guests. Even though I complained about loud guest several times and requested a room change, they only offered to speak to the other guests. The shop is closed so all the grocery shopping needs to be done in Sestriere.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, good coffee capsules available for free, value for money, convenience of reaching out (i.e. hosts are always responsive via whatsapp), location and mountain views. Also - great pizza place right next door, but advance booking is required!

Thin walls, so people coming back from parties past midnight woke us up + we'd appreciate a mini-market/store for necessities at the property as there is not much around

Mooi ruim appartement voor 4 / 5 personen. Geweldig uitzicht en fijne leefruimte Goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding Goede warme ontvangst in de receptie Goede busdienst naar Sestriere, boodschappen doe je in Sestriere (er zijn fijne restaurants op de lokatie zelf) maar je moet rekening houden met een goede planning voor eten en boodschappen. Restaurants zitten snel volgeboekt. In het appartement zit een erg basis keukentje voor wat eenvoudige maaltijden. Beter ontbijt en dineer je buiten de deur.

Voor 6 personen zou het appartement te klein zijn naar Nederlandse smaak (lange mensen VS kleine bedbank). Maar omdat we door omstandigheden maar met z’n 5en waren, past het prima 👍. We hadden bovendien een handig comfortabel camping bed bij ons. Het had iets schoner gekund met name onder het bed en de bekende hoeken (verwarming etc) was het nog erg stoffig / waren veel stofwolken Iets meer licht punten / verlichting in het appartement zou fijn zijn (kasten zijn erg donker).

Onestamente molto poco. La posizione potrebbe essere interessante, ma qualsiasi potenziale aspetto positivo è stato completamente annullato dalla pessima gestione, dalla mancanza di professionalità e dai continui disagi vissuti durante il soggiorno.

L’esperienza è stata estremamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista. Uno dei due appartamenti è stato consegnato con oltre un’ora di ritardo e con i letti non fatti, un inizio già inaccettabile dopo un viaggio. Il phon si è bruciato al primo utilizzo e, oltre a essere stato sostituito solo il giorno successivo, ci è stato richiesto un pagamento di 20€ per la sostituzione, come se il malfunzionamento fosse responsabilità nostra. Il personale si è dimostrato costantemente scortese, poco collaborativo e indisponibile, mostrando totale mancanza di attenzione verso i disagi segnalati. I prodotti per il bagno erano presenti ma assolutamente insufficienti rispetto al numero di persone e alla durata del soggiorno, e non è mai stato effettuato alcun cambio di asciugamani o lenzuola, cosa inaccettabile per un soggiorno di più notti. A questo si aggiunge la totale assenza di un parcheggio comodo e consono, che ha reso ogni spostamento complicato e stressante. Infine, a seguito di una perdita delle chiavi, ci sono stati richiesti 50€, costo non indicato in alcun regolamento, e come unica “soluzione” siamo stati lasciati per l’intera settimana senza poter accedere comodamente all’appartamento, una situazione assurda e inaccettabile.

Happy Rentale a été irréprochable, contrairement à Grange Hike & Ski Sestriere

Je tiens à saluer le professionnalisme de Happy Rentale, qui a fait preuve d'une réactivité exemplaire. Face à une situation imprévue, ils n'ont pas hésité à me rembourser rapidement, me permettant ainsi de réserver une chambre d'hôtel à Sestrière. Leur sens du service mérite d’être souligné.

Grange Hike & Ski Sestriere Apartments est à fuir : 📍 Emplacement trompeur : le logement est situé à 1800 mètres d’altitude, alors que Sestrière se trouve à 2000 mètres. Résultat : 2,7 km du centre, loin de ce qui est annoncé. Pour une acclimatation sportive, c’est à oublier. 🚲 Aucune infrastructure : pas de local à vélos, aucun aménagement adapté aux sportifs. 👤 Service inexistant : le personnel est aux abonnés absents. ⚠️ Électroménager vétuste : le frigo est tombé en panne dès mon arrivée. Le concierge, loin d’être utile, m’a servi des excuses sans proposer de solution concrète — alors même que des appartements étaient encore disponibles sur Booking. Bref, une expérience décevante à tous les niveaux. Heureusement que Happy Rentale a su rattraper la situation avec efficacité.

Rilassante

L’aspetto che ho preferito è stata la posizione in un paesino totalmente pedonale immerso nel bosco a 3km da Sestriere. Consente di essere vicino a tutte le attrazioni ma garantisce la tranquillità quando ci si ritira a fine giornata.

Appartamento molto piccolo, viene dato per 4 persone ma mi sembra inadeguato per tale capienza. Io credo che sia perfetto per 1-2 persone.

Grange molto bella, ma parcheggio difficoltoso e condizioni dell'appartamento poco curate

La posizione nel centro pedonale di Grange è molto adatta a chi ha bambini o vuole tranquillità.

L'umidità all'interno dell'appartamento e lo stato di degrado (soffitto con macchie di umidità importanti, cucina malmessa, molto freddo all'interno). Il problema principale è il parcheggio pubblico che è largamente insufficiente per Grange nel periodo di ferragosto e bisogna lasciare la macchina parcheggiata molto lontano e lungo la carreggiata in maniera pericolosa.

Pessima struttura senza assistenza, sporca e maleodorante

Lontano da sestriere in in paesino vicino, struttura solo per cani, non pulita, senza assistenza, doccia con tenda che perdeva acqua, bidet che si muoveva ed era staccato da una parte, senza caffettiera, né cialde da nessuna parte, All esterno sul balcone ragnatele, neanche l ombra di una sdraio. Un prezzo assurdo!

Vacanza a Grangesises.

Posizione ottima immersa in un bellissimo borgo montano. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Per gli amante dello sport sia invernale che estivo è il massimo della goduria. Vacanze da ripetere (per la terza volta). Grazie di tutto.

Staff pronto in caso di bisogno. Dotazione di cucina sufficiente. Ottima la doccia calda. Ottima la TV smart. Wifi sufficiente.

Il balcone è sul lato interno, niente panorama. C'era un pannello tecnico smontato dietro l'ingresso. I fornelli elettrici sono vecchi e non si possono accendere più di 2 alla volta, andrebbe segnalato. Manca carta cucina, in bagno c'era solo un rotolo già usato a metà.

Un court séjour (4j) hors saison hivernale ou estivale dans une belle région.

Une belle vue sur le Chaberton, une grande salle de bain, de la place pour poser ses affaires, draps et serviettes de toilette fournis, un grand placard dans la chambre. La disponibilité de Bruno qui nous a amené des couvertures supplémentaires.

La cuisine : très peu de vaisselle, pas de bouilloire, un plan de travail très abimé. Chambre, le lit du haut, matelas pas terrible et pas de barrière de sécurité. Salle de Bain : pas de ventilation.

Camera spaziosa con un salone ed angolo cottura in unico locale, un bagno discretamente buono. C'erano la maggior parte dei servizi di cui una persona possa aver bisogno durante un soggiorno di quasi una settimana mentre un po' carente gli utensili da cucina.

Poca disponibilità di utensili da cucina necessari per una preparazione delle più semplici pietanze. La posizione della struttura non è proprio centrale a Sestriere, infatti è ubicata in una frazione a 10 Min max di auto da quest' ultima.

Posto splendido, personale gentile e cortese, prezzo alto per la qualità dell’appartamento

La struttura è posizionata in un contesto davvero molto bello Lo staff che si occupa dell’accoglienza è molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente

L’appartamento per 6 persone è un po’ piccolo e con solo due armadi poco capienti e non sufficienti per tutti gli occupanti. Noi per fortuna eravamo solo in 4 quindi siamo riusciti ad organizzarci . Ben pulito e attrezzato ma una doccia perdeva acqua dal flessibile. La nota negativa è sicuramente il parcheggio molto piccolo per il numero di occupanti dell’intero borgo. Macchine parcheggiate ovunque anche sulla provinciale. Ogni volta che si tornava dalle passeggiate iniziava la ricerca ansiosa del posto auto.
