We had a fantastic week staying at Valerie's property in Briancon. Communication was great all the way through and Valerie was very accommodating in letting us into the house on our first day as we arrived early in the morning. It was much appreciated. The house was beautiful, clean and well-supplied with fantastic views. There was a lot of thought, care and attention in what was provided and it made our stay very easy. Would highly recommend staying here. A large supermarket is a short walk to the end of the street and we enjoying riding the cable car, visiting the Old Town and many hikes. Thank you, Valerie 😁

Valerie’s home is absolutely charming and was perfect for our family skiing holiday over Christmas. The property is spacious (we were 3 adults and 2 children) with good facilities and it was conveniently located (although we had our car with us which was helpful). Valerie was great at communicating with us and I have no hesitation in recommending her property to others.

Very nice chalet. Ideal in summer if you are biking, hiking or as we were motorcycling in the area. Big garage and boot and gear storage was excellent. Well equipped and maintained and would definitely book again. Terrace right outside the kitchen was ideal for soaking up the last of the sun and enjoying the views. 10 min walk down into town, 15 minutes back up !

We were thrilled with the chalet - the beautiful interior, the breath-taking views from each level. It was very well-equipped and very clean. We found the outdoor grill easy to use and were very happy to have a clothes washer and dryer available. Although the chalet was hard to find initially, once we did find it we were pleased with the location. There was a Geant supermarket very close. We would highly recommend this to family and friends.

We had a fantastic two week stay in this lovely house. The house is well equipped for all your needs and when we made a request to the owner for a microwave she was at our door the following morning holding a microwave, great service! The house is clean and well furnished. It is in a residential area but when you sit on the terrace you have exceptional view of the mountains. The house is five minutes walk from a big supermarket and only a five minute drive to Briancon old town for a night out. When I was organising our stay the owner was incredibly helpful an flexible with arrival times and departure times/dates. She also provided lots of information on things to do in the area. For the price I think this is a great little find and will definitely be gong back again. Thank you again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le chalet est très fonctionnel en très bon état et spacieux ! Il y a de l espace pour garer les véhicules et il est très proche du télécabine prorel. Séjour à refaire je recommande fortement. Merci

Modernes, gemütliches, helles Haus, viel Platz für unsere Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern. Gut ausgestattete Küche, eine schöne Terrasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht. In der Garage fanden alle Rennvelos, die gesamte Fliegenfischerausrüstung für drei Personen und die Wanderschuhe platz. Valérie war eine unkomplizierte, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Nur zu empfehlen!

Just a wonderful holiday...

We visited Briançon with our racing bikes and had a wonderful week. The house was very well equipped. The location very calm and the mountain view excellent. We enjoyed the nice house and secure site as well as all the good climbs as to Col du Galibier, Col du Lautaret, Col de Vars, Col du Télégraphe, Pré Madame Carle... And do not forget to visit Briançon and his fortresses :-)

Le chalet est confortable et accueillant, on s'y sent comme a la maison. La vue est superbe et la terrasse nous a permis de profiter de déjeuners ensoleillés en plein mois de février, un vrai bonheur !! Nous avons passé à 2 familles une semaine de ski très agréable dans le chalet de Valérie. L'aménagement est super. Tout est prévu ! Il n'y a plus qu'à se poser. Et Valérie se tenait à notre disposition pour toutes nos questions ! Nous avons opté pour la location de ski au pied du télécabine du Prorel. Tous les jours, nous nous rendions à pied en 10 minutes (il n'y avait pas de neige dans Briançon) par un raccourci pentu chez le loueur qui a une consigne à ski. De là, montée sur les pistes en 20 minutes et ensuite, on skiait sur les zones du Prorel, de Chantermerle ou Villeneuve. 2 des enfants ont pris des cours sur la zone du Prorel. Nous avons aussi testé la navette de Chantemerle au Prorel. Bref, un endroit bien agréable que je recommande !

Pour notre groupe de cyclos (nous étions 3 couples) tout était parfait du début à la fin. Valérie a pris beaucoup de temps pour nous détailler son gîte et toutes les activités offertes par la région, notamment au niveau du vélo (sport qu'elle pratique à haut niveau). Ses conseils ont été très utiles. Quant au gîte lui même, on ne pouvait rêver mieux. Côté confort, aménagement, propreté, vue, proximité des commerces c'était le top !! les photos sont l'exact reflet de la réalité. Nous conseillons vraiment cette location à tous (sportifs, familles, groupe d'amis...). Pour le tourisme, la cité Vauban à Briançon est à voir: patrimoine, commerces, restaurants (nous conseillons le Gavroche).
