地理位置非常好，走路到西敏寺也就10分钟，旁边就是St. James Park地铁站走路就2分钟，从Gatwick机场坐机场快线到Victoria然后坐一站地铁到St. James Park就OK了，我一个女生拿一个行李箱觉得很便利。 Flat干净宽敞，房东还在冰箱留了一些饮品，对刚到flat然后口渴到不行的我简直是个惊喜。
入住中途遇到了水压问题导致没有热水，告知房东，房东回复很快，当天就到公寓给我检查并且报修。当天就解决了，很有效率。并且还主动提出给予一些补偿。

Había de todo para estar como en casa. Tenían café, leche, aceite para cocinar, utensilios de cocina... Todo en buen estado y de buena calidad. El metro justo al lado, pubs y restaurantes... Localización muy buena
La cerradura de la puerta principal estaba rota. El pestillo de arriba funcionaba bien pero daba poca sensación de seguridad.

I liked almost everything; the hospitality, swift communication with the host, prompt guidance whenever needed, the location, accessibility, comfort, facilities, and all. I would definitely recommend this property.
