The location is very good and convenient, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The staff were very supportive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this place.
I didn’t like the TV in the room. It wasn’t a smart TV, and it was placed in the bedroom, which was not very convenient

Simply the perfect location to discover London. 10 minutes walk to Victoria, Westminster, Big ben, Picadilly. Underground 5 minutes, shops, cafes 1 minute. Host really helpful.
Ground floor (probably that was my fault that did not check in advance), impossible to open curtains or window, noisy (but you cannot really help it in the middle of London). Dbl bad too small for two adults. Kitchen is outdated and a bit warn
