About this apartment rental
Self Contained Luxury Suite. Fully equipped, secure, modern, spacious ground floor suite (490 sq ft) within a secure gated courtyard.
Very quiet and secure location , yet within easy walking distance of many of the main London attractions - Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben etc.
Traditional English Breakfast available at café just along the road.
Double Bed in Bedroom plus King Size Sofa Bed in Sitting Room.
Accommodation Details:
- Large bedroom with Double Bed / Desk & Chair.
- Sitting room ( with TV ) - Large Sofa plus additional Sofa bed for use as a King size bed (Bed Width - 160cm Bed Length - 205cm), Dining table for 4.
- Kitchen (Fully equipped with cooking equipment and utensils etc.).
- Bathroom: Bath with shower.
Ground floor suite within a secure and private gated courtyard development. (Host also lives within the courtyard so can fix any problems pretty quickly) Apartment is decorated in a contemporary design style. Wifi Internet available free of charge.
All bed linens and towels provided. Toiletries provided.
It is very conveniently located within an easy walking distance to Victoria Station as well as Pimlico (6 mins walk), St James Park (8 mins walk) and Westminster underground (10/12 mins walk) stations. Nearest bus stop is 4 mins away.
The accommodation is also just 10 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace and The Houses of Parliament. For anyone who likes shopping you will find great shopping on Victoria Street. The shopping streets of Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street are only 12 mins. away using the underground. For the bus - You will find that you are only a few minutes walking distance to the bus that runs between Victoria and Waterloo. There are buses to most places from Victoria Station and Victoria Street. Although you have very easy access to everything, you are also situated in a very quiet residential area, giving you the best of both worlds for your stay in London.
Usual check in is after 3pm - However, there are usually facilities for guests to leave luggage before the check in time if required. Usual check out time is 11am - Again, there are usually facilities for guests to leave luggage after the check out time if required for later collection. In less busy periods earlier check in and later check out is possible - please ask for the specific situation.

Stayed 6 nights -Great location, very quiet and safe neighborhood. The main bed was very comfortable and the appliances we used worked great. Was a bit of a walk (10-15 mins) to Victoria or St James Place tube stations but you could take a cab or uber if walking is an issue. Had one small issue with the TV which may have been our fault, but the owner quickly communicated with us and fixed it immediately. I would not hesitate to stay here again when in London.

It was a perfect little get-away. John was fabulous & very accessible. He couldn't have been more helpful. There were brochures of all the places to visit in London & a binder for all the info needed for the apt. The gated courtyard made it a safe place to stay. The cafe down the street has amazing home cooked meals for fantastic prices. Just a short walk to Victoria Station, Buck House & Westminster Abbey. The perfect home away form home! We loved it!
