The location is great. All the bars and restaurants, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Hall where I was attending an event were all within a 10 minutes walking distance. Great location I would recommend the property to family and friends.

I loved staying there and I will book to stay there again however, the summers are getting very hot in England, therefore I would suggest fitting an air conditioner to the property. It would make the hot summer nights bearable. Besides that it's great place to stay.

The location is great. Just a short walk to St James's Park tube and Westminster. Plenty of local shops and dining options close by.

On arrival, no toilet paper, although the host did arrive not long after with some but not before going out and buying some. There is no oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave ,TV, hairdryer ,iron or toiletries in the room as advertised. The shower is very slow to drain and patio furniture not as shown. Communication with the host was quick and easy and I'm sure a lot of the issues could have been addressed but we're happy enough. We visited in the heatwave and the room does get quite hot but we managed with a fan having been provided.
