The place is amazing, excellent breakfast, super clean, but what I loved the most was the attention, Mr Rodolfo is beyond amazing, I would totally recommend it, and I will definitely come back

Do NOT stay at this hotel unless you have your own car. There is nothing good close by within easy walking distance. We stayed for 3 days and the hotel restaurant and laundry service was closed the whole time. The breakfast was basic. The train station is 3 kilometres away. Then we had a dispute with a taxi driver when we were leaving. We asked the hotel to ring a taxi, they said yes, wait out the front. We waited and the taxi took about 15 mins. When the taxi arrived, he already had 33 euro on the meter! He said if he comes from far away, he starts the meter then. The man at the front desk should have known this problem. We had to argue with the taxi driver and the man at the desk spoke to him but did not help. I blame the taxi driver and the hotel, they should have known about this problem. We had to pay the taxi driver 30 euro to leave, otherwise he was going to call the police. The counter did not help their guests. Do NOT stay at this hotel unless you want to be very isolated and not helped by the staff, and i will never get a taxi in Italy again.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay whilst going to the Italian Formula1 Grand Prix The receptionists all could not have been more helpful and obliging They were excellent at sorting out Taxis for us with Guiseppe and Salvador’s who were fantastic drivers without whom would never have managed to get about The only thing I could fault the hotel for was that there were No yea/coffee making facilities in the rooms

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Virginia Palace Hotel. The rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous, all staff were friendly, helpful and polite. There is secure and free car parking at the hotel. The huge shopping centre at Arese is just 6 minutes drive away and should not be missed. We were in Italy primarily for business, but found the hotel ideally located for sightseeing and travelling to the lakes on our recreational days.

Unfortunately the kitchen had to close on the night of our stay, but we walked a short distance to a recommended restaurant which was easy and safe to do. Great breakfast in the morning. Great location for lakes tour in north Italy by car. A good free garage at the hotel, it was always free space even late in the evening. The hotel looks quite new. All the staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was versatile and very delicious. The daily cleaning of the room was excellent.

We stays two nights to be near Malpensa airport. The locations is perfect only 25 minutes from Malpensa Airport. We had time to visit Milan by train. The train station is only 5 minutes from the hotel. Also parking at the hotel is free and safe. Supermarket is 3 mini tea by car from the hotel. Rooms were very clean and the staff exceptionally courteous and helpful. We will stay at this hotel again!

a very nice hotel with friendly staff and fresch interiour. My Malin reason for choosing this hotel was the Alfa Romeo Museum that is very close. Overall I Became positivly suprised :). Was recommended a lokal restaurant that was very ”lokal” and pleasant. I would recommend the hotel to others. Free parking and free Wi-FI and breakfast. The breakfast, by the way, was perfect and the breakfast staff always friendly, interested and ”on the toe” to help out :)
