Excellent location within 8 min of Sam’s Club and Katherine’s Landing. Very convenient. Boat parking and spacious house. Beds were very comfortable.

The property itself is alright a little dated and had some quirky things about it like no bathroom doors in the master bedroom, that I can look past. The problems we encountered were somewhat avoidable. I called the point of contact early and stated we would be arriving to the property a little early and is it ready. I was told at that time that it was. When my family and I got to the property it was clear that the property was not cleaned from the last rental. All the linen were still piled on the beds waiting to be cleaned. After I was given the wrong owner information from the contact, I then called her back and was told that they made a mistake and that the property would need to be cleaned. I then had to put my stuff back in the car and vacate the property till 7 pm. Not a huge deal because we were going to Lake Mohave in the afternoon. When we returned the property was cleaned and ready however, the second avoidable mistake was the Network name for the wifi was wrong and the password for the wifi was spelled wrong in the check in instructions. After finally contacting the correct owner we were told to find the modem and that had the correct network name and password. I just feel like their should have been better communication on when the property is ready and the owner/contact should make sure all the information is correct when we check in.
