Lovely coastal decor fills every room of this home, and you'll be able to relax in central air conditioning no matter what room you pick. The enormous open kitchen features a prep island and full-size appliances, as well as multiple tools to help you put together tasty meals. If you'd like more of a char on your vacation food, head out to the backyard and enjoy cooking out on the private grill. The central air conditioner inside can be adjusted for your comfort. On the lower level, the gorgeous main bedroom features a spacious layout that includes a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower. But each bedroom is decorated in its own unique style. Everyone will find a place to relax at this comfortable home. Of course, the beach is never far away.

This home was perfect for our weekend visit to Rosemary Beach. Great location close to the beach and easy access to restaurants. Clean and so much space. The beds and furniture were also so comfortable!

The house is spacious and comfortably fits a large group. The neighborhood is charming and well-kept, creating a pleasant environment. While the home has potential, it could benefit from a few thoughtful updates to feel more inviting—extra blankets, higher-quality towels, and a few games for kids would make a big difference.
One drawback is the lack of garage access, which means beach gear has to be stored on the front porch—not ideal. The location is about a mile or two from the beach, so a short drive is necessary to reach Inlet Beach Public Access. If you’re hoping to snag a parking spot, arriving early is a must. That said, the beach itself is stunning—truly a highlight.
The area offers plenty of restaurants and things to do, and being situated between Panama City and Destin is a plus if you’re looking to escape the crowds. Next time, I’d probably opt for a place closer to the beach, but overall, this rental gets the job done.

House is new, immaculate and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect location close to everything. Love the MYST yoga studio nearby too! Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Loved the home and its proximity to the beach. The communication from Vacasa was not great. We had a breaker trip during our stay. After looking in all the rooms, closets and everywhere in and around the home; we reached out to Vacasa through the Vrbo app and by phone call to ask where the breaker box was located so we could fix the issue. They were no help and said they would send their local team to help. The local team never showed or called to rectify the situation. So for the remainder of our trip, parts of the home didn’t have electricity.
