Welcome to “Sun and Sand”, a beautifully updated home, with gorgeous gulf views, and your own private pool!! This family friendly beach house is located in popular Inlet Beach, and has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico’s gorgeous emerald green waters.

Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

This home is sure to be a perfect fit for your family's next vacation getaway! Not only is this home just steps away from the pristine beaches of the gulf, you are still close enough to enjoy all the shopping, dining, and fun, that Scenic 30A has to offer. Only a short commute to be able to enjoy the bike paths bordering the length of Scenic 30A, while visiting the shops, and restaurants in nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and iconic Seaside Beach.

On the first floor you will find the kitchen and living area with large Flat-Screen TV, sleeper sofa, laundry room and the two King-size bedrooms. The living area is open, and updated to show off the amazing views surrounding it. Escape to the expansive sun deck out front for your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise, but don't forget to be back to the balcony by the evening so you can watch the sunset over the water. There is a large dining room table with seating for 8, plus 3 more at the bar, and the spacious kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances!
The first floor of the home also features two king sized bedrooms!
The kids will enjoy their "loft room" on the second level with the incredible gulf views. There is an additional bedroom on the second floor with another king sized bed!
Beach access is only right across the way, and within easy walking distance.

The house was nice and efficient. It had a nice view out front and the pool was perfect. I do think the kitchen needs a few items, cupcake pan, waffle iron. Also, if you’re not going to have dressers, you need to have luggage racks in each room. Just my thoughts. We enjoyed our stay here the kids were able to bike everywhere.

Check in and out was super easy! Very close to the beach which allowed us to walk vs driving. Communications with the host were super simple and they were very responsive. A few things I would suggest to them for future guests but definitely recommend!

Great house/location and excellent service from the management company. The pool could use a shorter delay on chlorine release (12 hours earlier would be good) as it was getting dirty/cloudy at the end of every 3 day period. Looking forward to our next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is wonderful, ample space for six adults, one baby, and two dogs. It was very clean, spacious, and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Having the pool to relax in after a day at the beach was a special bonus. The covered parking was very nice too. We didn’t expect that but it was great to be able to keep the cars out of the hot Florida sun. The beach was a short five minute walk away and because there were no high rise condos around, it was never super crowded. Just an all around great experience for us.

An older home in needs of lots of TLC. It’s a full rehab. At the very least it needs fresh paint inside, new flooring and a deep deep clean. Greasy stove top and vent, mold and mildew in bathrooms, dirty carpet up stairs. Loft with kids beds is not a suitable bedroom, no way to block light or sound and you have to walk through to get to master. Only one of the bedrooms is a true suit, other two have bathrooms outside the room. Best thing was the beach access a two minute walk down the road.

My husband and I, my two daughters and their boyfriends stayed in the house over spring break. My youngest turned 21 while we were there! The houses layout was perfect for us and it was just the right size (not too big and not too small). The beds were super comfy too! We were a few mins walk to the beach. Quiet area and you can’t beat the beaches and weather was perfect! We didn’t want to leave!!

While proximity to the beach was good, we were not notified there was construction right next door with noise, workers, dust, debris and an unsightly scene between our front deck and the Gulf waters. We were not given the opportunity to select an alternate property which surely could have happened since we were there during the off-season. Beds and bathrooms were very clean however the floor throughout was filthy, turning our feet black. Other issues: furniture upholstery was very worn and stained; some of the wood furniture was stained, scarred and peeling; loose knobs on kitchen drawers (which I fixed); outdoor grill would not light; pots and pans were in very poor condition and were a jumbled mess; dishes and silverware were mismatched and scarred; window coverings were subpar. While the layout of the house was quite nice, this is definitely NOT a luxury vacation home as advertised. Not sure I will ever book through Vrbo again!

Overall property was great. Views from the house were pretty amazing! The beach is maybe a 2-3 minute walk from the house. The beach access and beach service was perfect! The House for the price point, could use some updating, but the house was clean and stocked with everything needed. Private pool in back was relaxing. My only complaint was the construction next door RIGHT NEXT DOOR! It started from 7:30am until 6-7 pm non stop. So using the nice front deck outside was a NO! Between the he heavy machines, constant trucks in and out and hammering all day it was annoying! I would stay again but only after all construction is complete.

This was a great property for us and our 2 grown children and their spouses as there were 3 king beds and each had their own bathroom! A rarity! We did not need to use the 4 twin beds in the loft area. The house is a little older (compared to its new and more expensive neighbors) and shows some beach proximity wear and tear but overall it’s a sweet and tidy house. Yes, there was construction right next door but it wasn’t too bad and honestly if you bike ride from the house to Rosemary Beach and beyond, you will see a lot of new construction! The area is growing. It may lose its view in the future, but will still be a sweet gem. I was going to complain about the rusted outdoor grill, but while we were there they replaced it! So they are attentive to the property’s needs. My main wish for the house is that they will replace the bedroom curtains on patio doors with blackout curtains! A minor thing…but I like my sleep. 😁 Close proximity to stores and restaurants. Used the rental credit towards bikes. Enjoyed the pool! Great house!

The beach is literally a 2min walk while you have your own private pool. We were in the water nonstop which was a blast. The house had plenty of room, especially large bathrooms and king beds in all the bedrooms! Plenty of seating and felt great for our family with 7 adults and two babies. Also a ton of items in the house like books, puzzles, boardgames, movies, baby gear, etc. The post mentioned construction in the area, but fair warning it's right next door.... like 25 ft away. So we heard them working as soon as they got started in the morning but they were very friendly. All and all a great stay.

Upon arrival the house was a little dirty, but housekeeping came the next day to fix any issues. There are 4 doors to the house, yet only 1 would work with the access code. Maintenance came out and fixed an electrical outlet that came loose on the floor under the couch, but was unable to fix the door issue. Some exterior deck boards need to be screwed down to avoid trip hazards. Size of the house and closeness to the beach were great. Pool was nice and relaxing. Overall, I would stay here again.

Rough start to great vacation

Upon arriving, my spouse fell - although he denied anything wrong, I took him to Bay Emergency. He’d broken his back in two places. After 8 days at Ascension Bay Hospital he was transported to Encompass Rehab Hospital for 14 days for inpatient rehab. Once home he had therapy daily from visiting therapists. Our treatment from all involved was caring and fabulous. That concern and help was matched by the staff at ITrip. We had a few issues but Tim and Jason and the gal on the phone were quick to help us and so very nice. We highly recommend this group. And the house was in view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Because of my husband’s injury, we could not physically go on the beach just 300 yards away, but the lovely deck gave us a great view, and the ocean sounds were terrific. In spite of a horrible start, we enjoyed the Sun and Sand house in Inlet Beach, a great location to Hospital, restaurants, pharmacy and groceries. Highly recommend!

We give this gem overall 5 stars but the only reason manager rating got 4 stars is the supervisor never executed what was said would be fixed. With that said though, the promptness of the office/and test messages back was best we’ve ever experienced. There are 4 doors with Leo pad lock entry and only 1 worked....someone was suppose to fix at least 1 of them as we didn’t feel comfortable with only 1 door we can unlock from outside. I think it was just a tiny miscommunication within the office. The beds were AMAZING!!!!! The house floor plan is absolutely perfect for our family of 5 plus two more adults! The loft beds have pull out beds so 4-5 kids can easily fit there! Each room is so cozy and quiet from rest of house! You can two small views of ocean and it’s the easiest walk to beach....so close and with a great price!!! This house is also close to yummy restaurants and 2 min drive to grocery store which is major bonus as well! We will definitely rent this home again!!!
