Very nice, could use a few items in home, but we managed. We did cook a dinner, and items like long forks, things that probably most people wouldn’t use.

Bedrooms, bathrooms, & kitchen were modern and comfortable. The couch is not suitable for Seniors, too hard to get up. Great for kids or dogs. The TV is too large for the sitting area. Another disappointment was you had to stream to watch TV. If you don’t subscribe to streaming services you are SOL. The code to the lock didn’t work. After much conversation with the property manager, the code was changed, but still didn’t work. Then, I had to find the lockbox to get the spare key! Almost 45 mins to access the house. The gate to the backyard wouldn’t latch shut. Had to have a handyman come to repair. The garage door had a keypad to open and close the garage door, which would have made accessing the house easy, but we could not get the code to the keypad, even after several requests! Hot tub and sauna were great.

Upon arrival I noticed the kitchen light above the kitchen table did not work , tried three different light bulbs still nothing then it flickered once telling me there is a short somewhere. I called it and spoke with someone . No one ever came out to take a look. I then went to the back yard to check the hot tub, lifted the cover only to find the inside of the cover was falling apart and some of it in the hotub, Worried it might clog an intake take I also notified customer service to no avail, i then went to sit in one of the backyard wicker chairs only to hear the wicker tearing and almost falling through I also notified customer service of this and they stated they would send someone out to no avail. The house itself and cleanliness were awesome . I was only trying to help the owner out by these notifications to prevent future problems .
