This home is centrally located in Bonita Springs, just east of US 41.
It is less than an 8 minute drive directly west to the beach (3.8 miles away).

we had a great spring break! very nice very clean and brand new! they had everything we needed other than a blender but that was no problem,

The property was just as advertised and a very pleasurable stay. Some chairs for sitting outside on the patio would be my only suggestion to make the stay a bit nicer. We would stay their again in the future.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We were 3 blocks away from where my son lives plus you’re only a few miles from anything you need. The home is a great use of every square foot. The master suite was excellent. One thing we could have used would be outside furniture on the patio and it might be nice to keep a few beach chairs there that guests could use for the beach. We will call to use it again. Thank you
