This two-story home sleeps up to six guests over three bedrooms.

We enjoyed our vacation last year so much that we returned to River House again. The privacy and quiet is so relaxing. Once again we found everything clean and ready to go upon our arrival. Great location and we were able to enjoy everything from the Naples Zoo, the Botanical Gardens, along with the beaches, within a short drive. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Place was amazing had everything you need and beautiful outdoor space for entertainment! Saw dolphins,alligators,manatee and iguanas! Recommend anyone to stay here!

Beautiful clean home, on a canal. Supplies for toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap were non-existent, as in, we had to go out and buy our own. Totally unacceptable. I called Vacasa twice about this, was assured it would be remedied, but nothing.
Amenities were to include “a pair of two-person kayaks”… but there was only one single-person kayak. Since there were six of us, this forced us to kayak singly in the canal…a real disappointment. The dock is wrecked and dangerous, so it was difficult to launch the kayak.
The kitchen is minimally stocked with very cheap cookware and dull knives. There was absolutely zero food or spice items…the salt shaker was empty and there was no refill. We did have pepper.
The beds were comfy, the hot tub was great, the views spectacular.
