If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The location is great, being near the pier and within walking distance of several restaurants. The elevator worked great.

Property is in a great location but has not been updated since built- carpeting worn with stains all over ( plan to not walk barefoot) showers full of black mold on all grout corners, shower heads all leak walls all need painted- house was “clean” but there is only so much a cleaning company can do with the condition- outdated electronics ( believe they are someone’s leftovers) we have been in/out of topsail for the past 15 yrs and always wanted to stay in the pastel homes on the beach in center city - luckily we were in off season for a funeral and did not have to spend much time in the unit as we had events and meals at other family rental properties (we DID NOT offer to meet at this one - would not recommend until some is spent on needed updates are completed.
