OVERVIEW
To accentuate the fabulous views of the ocean from this 1900 square foot million dollar plus home, the pet friendly home features a “reverse” floor plan with 3 of the 4 bedrooms being on the lower level. The upper level features the living area, kitchen, and one of the two master bedroom suites. Each level features a large and recently renovated deck! Everyone gets the outdoor experience they want with both covered and open decks. The sun worshippers can catch some rays on the top, open deck, and the sun-avoiders can read, take advantage of the WiFi or enjoy the views from the covered bottom deck. The upper deck has a hot tub and, lots of outdoor furniture.
UPPER LEVEL DECK
Nothing says vacation like lounging in the hot tub on the upper level deck, enjoying the soothing jets while listening to the crash of the waves yards away. Star gazing at night is amazing. Full moon weeks are truly life changing. The upper level deck does not have access to the beach, so you can let the little ones and pets outside without worries.
UPPER LEVEL OF HOME; LIVING AREA
Real and recently refinished hardwood floors, tall cathedral ceilings, and recessed lighting punctuate a cheerful living room. A brand new (2024) living suite featuring a sleeper sofa, matching love seat, and two separate chairs offer plenty of room for the whole family to hang out together, either discussing the day's events or watching a movie or TV show together on the large flatscreen TV. A dining table that seats 8 offers a lovely window view of the beach and sits adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen. A unique coffee table in the living area has four slide-out seats providing an additional dining area for little ones
KITCHEN
The family chef will be delighted with the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and a cooling ceiling fan.
UPPER LEVEL MASTER
There are two master bedroom suites, one on each level. The upper level master bedroom offers delightful views of the beach and ocean, vaulted cathedral ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The en-suite bath boasts dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a rain shower with relaxing wall water jets.
LOWER LEVEL MASTER
On the lower level, a second master bedroom suite features a full tile bath with dual sinks, a rattan bedroom set, private sliding door access to the covered oceanfront lower deck, a ceiling fan, and a TV. A guest bedroom has sliding door access to the covered oceanfront deck, a ceiling fan, TV, and rattan bedroom set.
LOWER LEVEL BUNK BED ROOM
Features two bunk beds to accommodate four children, a TV, sliders to the oceanfront lower level deck, and a huge closet that will have a video game station installed before the season.


THINGS TO KNOW
The fireplace in the primary bedroom is not operational.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
