About this house rental
Experience the ultimate vacation in this North Topsail Beach home! Enjoy ocean views from almost every room. This recently remodeled, refurnished and fully appointed home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Multiple decks and a large porch provide views of the beach and the crystal clear water beyond. Ample deck furniture will allow you to relax and watch the waves roll in.
The first level features three spacious bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom has access to the oceanview deck.
The large sofa in the great room on the second level is a queen sleeper and the chair-and-a-half is a twin sleeper. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level. The first is a bunk bed room with a pull-out trundle that’s a fun place for the kids to sleep. The second bedroom contains a day bed with a trundle to sleep two.
The fully remodeled and modern kitchen has all the necessities you could need, including a butcher block island, microwave, smooth top electric range, dishwasher and side-by-side fridge with ice and water. The dining room table can seat 8 people and the breakfast bar seats 4.
The home features cable, flat screen TVs, DVD players, and high speed wireless internet throughout. A washer and dryer is also included.
Gather Twogether is located in The Village of Stump Sound, an exclusive island community located in North Topsail Beach. The quiet, family friendly neighborhood features a private, members-only clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and dock access to the inter-coastal waterway for our guests to use. The small, fenced yard is gated with access to a direct walkway to the beach. Off-street parking for up to 5 cars with covered parking for 2 cars.

The house was very comfortable and the location was great! Easy walk to the beach and the community pool. Our granddaughter enjoyed playing in the cul-de-sac on her scooter. Very family friendly neighborhood. A turtle nest was near the house. We watched it daily and nightly. It was close to hatching while were where there. Kate was a great host and easy to communicate with when we had an issue with the refrigerator.

Nice, easy beach location and house was clean and tidy in general but just needs a little extra care toward making it user friendly with more basic items. Owner did warn to bring your own essentials (TP, soaps & shampoos) and you really need to! House was lacking in additional basics we are used to for a beach rental. No beach chairs or beach toys. No plastic, paper, plastic wrap, paper towels, toiletry supplies, dish detergent, soaps, only 2 garbage bags etc.. Oven wasn’t working entire stay so we did take out. Fitted sheet in master was torn.. Publix within 5 miles was our go-to for supplies but we’ve never had to go out after arrival and purchase so many basics to make a rental work.
Owner was immediately responsive to a lock glitch upon arrival. This was our first visit to Topsail and I do think the house itself and location were nice for this particular area of the NC coast. Our family had a good time here.
