Overall the unit was excellent and had plenty of supplies for our guest (soap, towels) The area was close to the mall, cruise port and airport. I could'nt get netflex to work so i used my own account and that was fine. The only downside the building did not smell fresh at the entrance & hallway. However, the the unit we stayed in smelled fresh and clean with no major issues and the host was awesome.

The condo is well cared for & clean. The host made sure to stay in contact and check in on us. I had no issues with checking in. She even shipped items we left to us after, which I really appreciated. However, there were issues with parking my vehicle. Other tenants parked in our spot, some vehicles double parked & two vehicles parked randomly in a no parking area. We contacted the towing company to remove the car parked in our spot & they never came. I contacted the host as well. We ended up parking in a spot that was not ours due to this issue & woke up to our car towed. The building manager was not helpful and neither was the police/ security who works for him. The officer said "it was not his problem." Our car was the only car towed, all other vehicles remained illegally parked, including a vehicle blocking the entrance. We had to hurry and get our vehicle back before missing our cruise. Although, I enjoyed the host & she was very helpful. Due to the poor parking situation and building manager's behavior I will not be booking here again.

The apartment was very nice and clean, and neat. It was Fully stocked with toys, furniture, cooking & cleaning tools, and spices. The view was not nice, but the pool was very nice, clean, and big. Also, I would’ve like to see local channels on both tvs and a tv in the guest room.
