De zorg die eraan besteed is. Het was er erg schoon, zeep, handdoeken en schoonmaakmiddelen aanwezig. Als je met een jet lag aankomt, is dat erg fijn.

Los vecinos de la primera planta estaban siempre vigilando y con música puesta en el balcón. El portón del aparcamiento nunca funcionó y siempre estaba abierto. Las zonas comunes estaban muy sucias y con vomitos. En el pasillo lateral al aparcamiento dormía un vagabundo todas las noches. Se supone que es un recinto cerrado. El apartamento bien cumple con lo que anuncia

Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Appartement mit Parkplatz. Die Lage ist perfekt, 2 Straßen von der Calle Ocho entfernt und auch mit Bus ist Miami Downtown, Upper Buenavista und Wynwood super erreichbar. Auch der Kontakt zu weiteren Bewohnern war immer freundlich. Sehr gut war der Kontakt mit der Vermietung!! Sehr freundlich und immer sofort geantwortet. Hierfür auch nochmal herzlichen Dank.
Auf jeden Fall wäre vielleicht mal ein neuer Besen fällig! Auch ein Handfeger wäre toll.

La ubicación es buena, a unas dos cuadras de Calle 8, y responden rápido. El check-in fue fácil; el check-out es temprano, 10am, aunque finalmente nos dejaron salir a las 11am.
Antes de llegar nos dijeron que iban a fumigar por hormigas durante nuestra estancia, pero no vimos hormigas; encontramos varias cucarachas. Fue desagradable y debió resolverse antes de recibir huéspedes. La cama no fue muy cómoda y, de sartenes, solo había una, además rayada.
