Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Appartement mit Parkplatz. Die Lage ist perfekt, 2 Straßen von der Calle Ocho entfernt und auch mit Bus ist Miami Downtown, Upper Buenavista und Wynwood super erreichbar. Auch der Kontakt zu weiteren Bewohnern war immer freundlich. Sehr gut war der Kontakt mit der Vermietung!! Sehr freundlich und immer sofort geantwortet. Hierfür auch nochmal herzlichen Dank.
Auf jeden Fall wäre vielleicht mal ein neuer Besen fällig! Auch ein Handfeger wäre toll.

Spacious rooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Laundry available to use. After the first night we reported that one of the windows couldn't be shut. Next morning it was fixed forthwith. Shops, groceries are around.
A week earlier Hospenados informed us that the apartment we had booked a couple of months earlier, was not available for us because their system is overbooked. They offered this apartment as the only option to stay.

Logement propre, spacieux et bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire à disposition (kit cuisine et kit salle de bain : shampoing, gel douche, liquide vaisselle, éponge, papier essuie-tout). La literie est confortable.
Le séjour est grand et lumineux, ce qui est très appréciable.
Le logement est correct dans l’ensemble, mais quelques points sont à améliorer. Nous avons été réveillés très tôt chaque matin à cause de la lumière : des rideaux occultants seraient vraiment nécessaires. La climatisation est très bruyante, ce qui oblige à choisir entre le bruit ou la chaleur, peu confortable la nuit.
Attention également à l’arrivée autonome : nous n’avions pas reçu les codes lors de notre arrivée tardive, ce qui nous a contraints à prendre une nuit d’hôtel. Elle a été remboursée par la suite, mais cela a généré du stress et une perte de temps qui pourraient être évités avec une meilleure organisation.
