About this house rental
This home is located near Tulsa’s trendiest areas. Leave the car parked at the house and walk approximately six blocks to The Gathering Place and Riverparks running/walking/biking trail. Walk to Brookside where you will find plenty of restaurants and shopping.
In addition, this home is an approximate six minute drive to Utica Square for more shopping and restaurants. Tulsa’s thriving downtown and the BOK Center is eight to twelve minutes by car. St. John Hospital is across the street from Utica Square. Hillcrest Hospital is approximately one mile north of St. John.
We love this neighborhood and think our guests will, too. Sit on the front porch and watch the walkers and runners pass by or put on your shoes and explore this quaint area.
Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace inside or the fire pit on the patio. You will also find a gas grill on the patio.
In the kitchen you will find a toaster oven, a blender, both a drip and Keurig coffee makers, and a griddle.
This home sleeps four using the king and queen beds. Using the couch and the twin air bed, it will accommodate up to six. Extra sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided for those.
We will provide a code for contactless entry.

I stayed at this VRBO from August 7th through the 10th, and it was spotless, comfortable, and very accommodating. Everything was well-maintained, and the attention to detail made my stay easy and enjoyable. I’ll be booking this property for all my future trips to Tulsa!

This is a wonderful property in a fantastic part of Tulsa. The home was inviting, clean, and beautiful. I love the sunken sun room. I found myself gravitating ot the coach to rest at the end of the day. The bedding was exquisite-- sheets, pillows, and mattress were all so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and spices. I even found several bottles of water stocked in the fridge! I was able to access a variety of streaming services on the TV.

I recently stayed at the property. We had an issue with the check in process along with communication however she was QUICK to make it right. She took FULL responsibility for the mix up. I appreciated her for that so much. The house is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect spot. Wonderful area. I would stay there again should I return to Tulsa.
