While this property could use some updating and fresh paint, I will say it was a great location. Cabinets in every room squeak like mad when opened or closed. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer worked well. Other reviews mentioned noise from the major highway right next to the property and while I did notice highway noise it did not interfere with my ability to sleep nor did it affect anyone else’s. There was no soap for bathing. Fortunately one of our group had a bar. All in all I would say the pluses outweighed the negatives and I would consider this property to stay in next time I’m in Tulsa.

The space was comfortable, clean, and made it easy to relax and enjoy my trip.I really appreciate the effort you put into hosting it made a difference. We had a great stay. House is in a great location for our event at the expo. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Will be our #1 choice if we return next year for the Chili Bowl again. Thanks
